I went to get my car serviced (which is covered by warranty)😊. . My service was EXCELLENT. I really love the guys at Kia. My service provider was Jeremy.. lol he was great.. He explained my 75,000 mile updates and what to expect. Mike was great to we had great conversations while he dropped me and he picked me up. I went in for a recall issue I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I went inside service desk. Then I was told my car was being washed, waited some more. ..then told they were bringing around. Waite waited. Finally I went inside service desk. Then I was told my car was being washed, waited some more. ..then told they were bringing around. Waited some more and then I asked where my car was. Finally I was taken through the garage and out the back parking lot where my car was sitting. It had not bren washed. They were stalling because my key got misplaced Luckily I had another key with me. So I drove out of the lot and went home. Never to return!!!! If they had just been honest with me and told me they'd lost the key it vwould have saved me and them a lot of time. Oh, they didn't have the part to fix one of the recall. So they want me to drive back down there from Thomasville when it cones in. That's not going to happen.. I do want my key back or replace it. It's my valet key..... More
