Got oil change only, estimate of 1. 5 hours turned into 4 hours. People coming into wait after were getting out before me. Understand things were backed up but this was ridiculous. More

I had to go to a different shop for them to fix my oil cover because they did not put the clips back on. I called the dealer for them to set up an appointment and they would not work me in. More

I cannot caution you more about doing business with Werner KIA. Yesterday, I responded privately to this post. I did so because I included my phone number. In that response, I noted that I had already left voice mails for the Service Manager and he had not returned the call. Later, just in case the Service Manager had not seen this post, I also called Werner and left another voicemail for the Service Manager. During this entire process, I have kept time-stamped phone calls and emails to support my view of what has happened. Werner and KIA give the impression they want to help but I have receipts to show otherwise. Be very careful about doing business with this dealership.
