We had to drive an unsafe car for almost a month before we could get an appointment. The service dept. told us it was unsafe to drive We ask for an explanation in the service dept. and got a different an we could get an appointment. Destinee Washington listens to my Sorento needs and provide great customer service every time we need something fix. Could be just me, but some of the gentlemen in the service department need to smile provide great customer service every time we need something fix.
