We were in the market for a commuter/vaca car and narrowed the search to a 21 Kia K5 GT-Line and a 21 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 SE and were BLOWN AWAY at the lease deal that this dealership put together narrowed the search to a 21 Kia K5 GT-Line and a 21 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 SE and were BLOWN AWAY at the lease deal that this dealership put together that no one could even come close to matching. We are prev customers this is our 2nd lease from this dealership. We work ONLY with Daniel Diacont in sales and Marcos Ortiz in management as these 2 are the dynamic duo and worked this deal for us to PERFECTION!!! We highly recommend working with theses two gentlemen as they will go above and beyond to make every effort to put together the most aggressive deal as possible and if you bring them a pending deal they will match or beat it as they have done on the last 2 deals we have closed. We will continue to give them the last shot at any auto deals we have in the future as well as referring family/fiends on any and all of their auto purchase/lease needs and we LOVE our Wolf Gray K5 GT-Line that we affectionately named Roxey!!! Had a disappointing experience trying to purchase a Telluride. Potential customers should know that for this dealer, the online “final” price does not include an almost $6k markup on all Tellurides. It’s the dealership’s prerogative to apply a markup, but I wish it was more transparent. We were told after test driving one that they wouldn’t apply the markup and would only charge MSRP. When we showed up the next day ready to purchase, relatively late into the process and after they ran credit we were told that representation was incorrect and they would be charging the markup. The salesman who told us originally that they would charge only MSRP admitted he told us that initially and apologized, which we did appreciate, but we took our business elsewhere. (I don’t see his name listed; it was Chris something. He was very nice and apologetic.) The other folks involved weren’t as nice and basically laughed in our faces that we thought we could buy for MSRP. If interested in Tellurides, and if you want to pay for MSRP, shop around! It can be done. There are a number of forums that have popped up for that exact purpose of identifying dealers charging only MSRP! More
