I would leave a ONE star but could not leave a review if no star is selected. Poor customer service from upper management. Have complained since 2019 about exactly what they are now calling a recall but the no star is selected. Poor customer service from upper management. I Will try to keep this short but to the point. I do not recommend nor will I ever do business with this dealership. My wife and I were working a deal to purchase a Serento and while doing so another sales recommend nor will I ever do business with this dealership. My wife and I were working a deal to purchase a Serento and while doing so another salesperson sold the car from under me. The sales person that was supposed to be taking care of business for knew the entire time while I was sitting at his desk. We had been working on this deal for 2 days while we were out of town. And they even pulled the car of the lot, so I was told to keep it from being sold. All I was told was sorry. The lack or professionalism and customer service is amazing. I even emailed the GM and the COO and got no response. All I wanted was a clear explanation how I got screwed on this deal and the dealership did not even take the time to contact me back. They also wanted to charge me an additional $2500 for a service package I did not ask for nor did I want. I was told they will not take it off and why I asked why, I was told they just wont. Save your time and money and take your business somewhere else where they will treat you with respect and provide TRUE customer Service Maybe after this review someone will try to contact or maybe not. But at this point I do not expect it. More
