I did not buy the car at the time because it was out of my price range, but I will definitely be going back when I have the funds. I hope to work with him again in the future! More

The boys are very pleased with their final selection, its performance, reliability, and the cost. Dealing with used car sales in general can be a very bad experience, but not with Bill and Wellesley Mazda More
I find searching for a car to be very stressful, this was fun & the sales person James had a good sense of humor and was very knowledgable. It is early in my search, but I will recommend this dealership. fun & the sales person James had a good sense of humor and was very knowledgable. I visited Wellesley Mazda yesterday and had such a great experience that I had to share it. I have been shopping for a new vehicle for about six months. I have test driving about 10 different vehicles by ab experience that I had to share it. I have been shopping for a new vehicle for about six months. I have test driving about 10 different vehicles by about five different manufacturers. I met lots of sales people and managers during my journey and by far Joe and Dan were the most knowledgable and easy going. Joe took his time with me explaining the differences in packages and helped point me in the right direction from the start. After going on a fantastic test drive I knew that the Mazda 3 hatch with skyactiv technology was going to be my next new car. Joe invited me inside his service department, introduced me to his service crew and then we proceeded to work out some of the details on purchasing the car. I wont say what I paid, but I know it was a fair deal and most importantly Joe really maximized the time I spent at the dealership. I never felt like my time was being wasted or not appreciated. If your in the market for a new Mazda and don't want the run around then go to Wellesley Mazda and ask for Joe. More
Last October, I was looking to buy a new CX-9. I started this journey by visiting my local dealer - Wellesley Mazda. Prior to visiting, I had carried out some research using various online websites (e.g., E this journey by visiting my local dealer - Wellesley Mazda. Prior to visiting, I had carried out some research using various online websites (e.g., Edmunds, truecar.com, etc) so I had a pretty good idea of the ballpark price other consumers were paying for the exact same spec. I quickly became frustrated with the pricing games being played by Wellesley Mazda. It became very clear to me that unless I introduced some competition, Wellesley mazda's price wasn't going to be much lower than the MSRP (which we all know is more than what the average buyer actually pays for a cx-9). Using truecar.com, gallo Mazda (Worcester) quoted me a price that was significantly less than the best price offered by Wellesley Mazda. I believe in buying locally and gave Wellesley Mazda an opportunity to sharpen their pencil. They couldn't come close. Up to this point, I have no issues with how Wellesley Mazda acted. However, what came next really disgusted me. Darren became quite nasty (even aggressive), and started saying that gallo were lying to me and suggested that when I showed up to collect the car they would tell me that it was no longer available. I challenged him on this theory, but his only response was that as a foreign national in the US who was buying his first car, I was being taken advantage of by a sleazy car dealer in Worcester! For all you car buyers out there, I'd like to report that Gallo fully delivered on their promise. I picked up the exact car I ordered for almost 2k less than wellesley''s best price. Buying a car is a significant investment. My advice to folks is to go somewhere that will treat you with respect and that won't waste your time with silly pricing games. I'm sure that Wellesley Mazda will publicly respond to this review refuting the facts......like they have to all other negative reviews on this site. Read the other reviews folks, and make your own minds up! More

I worked with Wayne Xides, and he could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the Mazda 3. All the conversations were very relaxed, no sales pressure techniques whatsoever. I was shopping a little early in the life cycle of the 2012 Madza 3 model, before they had a manual in. After I drove the automatic, he arranged for me to test drive a manual and was very organized in his presentation of the various trim levels of the car. I ultimately did not buy it because it was not going to be available in the Grand Touring trim level with a manual (apparently corporate Mazda was confused on this point as well) but I was sorry I could not give him the sale. Highly recommended. I think all the sales people at this dealership work on salary, it definitely contributes to a nicer shopping experience. I was cracking up that there was a 'dealer cat' out front greeting customers (her name is Miata). More
Came in to buy a new car off online service pricing, and had a better deal from another dealer... I asked if they would match, but they forced me to come in to talk more about it without any commitment or i had a better deal from another dealer... I asked if they would match, but they forced me to come in to talk more about it without any commitment or indication (the first bad sign). I came in, and I was handled by 3 or 4 different people, the experience was most annoying, I felt like I was constantly a "hot potatoe" people kept handing off. I even saw my original sales person working withsomeone else while I sat waiting alone at the table... I was very annoyed by having to spend 2+ hours there to accomplish little when it was clear I wanted to buy at a given price. After much haggling, during which they insulted other dealers and implied they were bending over backwards for me by breaking their own rules, I was presented with essentially no better price than their initial internet offer (i.e. they refused to match the other dealer). I knew better and walked away, annoyed at my wasted time. I quickly took my business elsewhere to Rt. 1 and was treated much better there with constant attention and respect. Saved over $2000 by taking my business elsewhere. More
After some initial issues I was contacted by the dealership and offered a much better deal and apology. They where very friendly and sincere about making things right. I am a 26 year old female and first time new car buyer, so the idea of dealing with a car salesman was intimidating. However, Bill treated me with utmost respect and by the time the sale was finalized I felt like I was being treated like family. Once you walk in, they are interested in finding a car that suits your needs by going through some questions before you take anything for a test drive, however everything is done in a timely manner. Bill was very knowledgeable about all features and aspects of the vehicle and went through everything very thoroughly. He was able to answer any questions I had. That same day I had went to nearby Subaru and Honda dealerships that definitely did not provide the same personalized experience as Wellesley Mazda. I highly recommend at least stopping at Wellesly Mazda even if you don't think you want to buy a Mazda (I started the day thinking I was going to buy a subaru). More
Wow! This was the best experience anyone could ever hope for when buying a new car. The sales staff was friendly, honest and not pushy at all. I originally got price quotes at 3 other Mazda Dealerships. All for when buying a new car. The sales staff was friendly, honest and not pushy at all. I originally got price quotes at 3 other Mazda Dealerships. All three of them tried to add additional charges totaling about $1200. Their low quotes were a trick to get me in their showroom. Boy did I feel taken advantage of. Wellesley Mazda asked us to come in for a hassle free test drive. We were so impressed that we bought that night. I can't believe that people still fall for those deceptive tricks. Wellesley Mazda has earned a customer for life. More
