Dear Olliec, We apologize for the experience you had here at Wellesley Mazda. Due to your review we wanted to look up the case at hand but unfortunately it was hard to find any information because the review is anonymous and the event being referenced was over nine months old. However, after doing extensive research we were able to identify the case at hand. Although we are not disputing the fact that you had an unpleasant experience here at Wellesley Mazda, we believe the real issue was caused by poor communication on our part. I would like to offer my sincere apologies for making a local Mazda customer travel to Worcester to purchase a vehicle. Based on our notes and my recollection of your visit I know why our price seemed much higher than the competition. During your visit, I was trying to explain that our price included all state sales taxes and fees which totaled to around $2,164. When I referred to Gallo Mazda I was merely referencing the fact that our quotes were an apples to oranges comparison. We work directly with Gallo Mazda dozens of times every year, purchasing and selling vehicles. From these experiences I believe they are a reputable establishment to do business with. One very valuable part of our offer that our competitors do not offer is Wellesley Mazda’s exclusive Owner Loyalty Program. With this program, every customer that has purchased a vehicle with us receives free oil changes, free loaner cars, free car washes, every other scheduled maintenance is free and much more. In light of our failure to express our offer to your clearly, I would like to extend this exclusive program to you. Please call me directly if you would like to accept this program as an apology and also as a gesture of our appreciation.
