I had just moved to Framingham for college and my car was on it's last legs. I was looking into a Mazda 6i when I stopped at Wellesley Mazda and spoke with James. I bought a certified 2010 Mazda3. The salesperson, Wayne Xides was very informative about the car and made my first time dealer purchase/experience easy! I entered Wellesley Mazda being my third dealership of the day and I was a little tired of the same sales speech. When John Fish approached me I felt as though we were having a conversation. I met with Paul Liaknickas & his manager Dan to talk prices, unfortunatley my credit score car from Wellesley Mazda, my experience looking was great. Would recommend this dealership just because of there non pressure sales atmosphere! Everywhere else I went people were just rude and pushy, here it was nice to look and not feel like I had to buy! I recently moved from out of state. Being new to the area, I googled local dealerships in the central mass area. I've owned a Mazda 6 before and really liked the car. I was approached initially by Wayne area, I googled local dealerships in the central mass area. I've owned a Mazda 6 before and really liked the car. I was approached initially by Wayne. He offered to help and was very easy going. I got a test drive preceded by a virtual presentation. (Very cool). I really liked the car. The owner loyalty program really seems like they appreciate your business. They were very low pressure. I needed to look at my budget. I didn't buy that day. The next time I came back ready to buy. I met Paul, Wayne was off. They explained how they are salaried and get paid a sales agent fee. So, I bought the car and Dan McBride, the Sales manager came out and thanked me. Very easy purchase. I would recommend to anyone that wants a good experience and great customer service go to Wellesley Mazda. More
