Service I brought my truck in to have the tires rotated before I go on a long trip. I expected the tires were rotated since I was there an hour and a half. Wh I brought my truck in to have the tires rotated before I go on a long trip. I expected the tires were rotated since I was there an hour and a half. When I got home my husband had discovered that the tires were moved from left to right but not back to front. Apparently they would have had to take the tires off the wheels in order to rotate because the front rims will not fit on back. Brought truck back in today. I have been here two and a half hours. Waste of two days just to get tires rotated More

Honest and reliable We bought a used one ton GMC truck from Weld County garage last summer and had a very good experience with Jeff Konrady, our salesman and others. The real test came, however, this month when we took our truck into another business to have it looked over before a trip. Our mechanic found that our radiator had been pierced by screw that were too long, before we had purchased it. To make a long story short, Weld County garage paid for a new radiatior,, hose and the labor to have it replaced. All this on a truck that was sold "as is". We really, really appreciate your business ethics, and will be buying our next truck from you!!! More

Salesman was dishonest about many things throughout the car buying experience first where the car was coming from secondly about when we would get it and thirdly about the cleanliness of the vehicle after going through their 'detail shop'. I had to bring the vehicle back to have the dash cluster replaced, which being a seasoned Chevy owner I know is no more than a 30 min job, took 8+ hours? When we asked what was taking so long we were told that the problem was being diagnosed 4+ times. Their service dept is the slowest I have ever dealt with and the sales Rep was absolutely rude to my wife. More

Long time customer, but now not so sure I took my 2002 Buick Park Avenue in for service recently and was told I needed over a thousand dollars of additional repairs. We completed the work to I took my 2002 Buick Park Avenue in for service recently and was told I needed over a thousand dollars of additional repairs. We completed the work to a tune of almost $1,300. Upon leaving the dealership, I noticed my blinkers weren't working correctly. I turned around and took it right back. After another 45 minutes of diagnosis, I was told I would need an additional $650 of repairs. We couldn't do that but I was urged by family to get a second opinion. I took it to a repair shop and they inserted a $4.00 fuse and it's worked fine for the last 3 weeks. I called the service adviser at W.C.G. and told him I was glad I got the second opinion. He agreed, said he was embarrassed, and that I could expect a call from the service manager. The call never came. I'm wondering now how much of those $1,300 in repairs were actually needed. Needless to say, I won't be getting my service done at W.C.G. I understand mistakes happen, but I was about to blow another $650 in needless repairs. I'm not saying W.C.G. is crooked, I'm saying their techs have a competency issue and management didn't follow through. I think I deserve to at least have my bill payed from the other mechanic for my troubles. More
