They didn't keep us there for hours on end and Austin really worked hard to accommodate and understand our personal customer needs. He was very honest and knowledgable. The only area of opportunity we noticed occurred during negotiations. Half way through trying to make a deal we were told that the shop had done some work on the car but there was not paperwork to show all that was done. This is something that would have been good to have up front because after leaving the lot we started experiencing electrical problems with the seat of the car and the dashboard display. This was not the fault of Austin but seemed to be more of a back office oversight in getting the proper paperwork over to sales. Other than that we would recommend working with your dealership to our friends. More
