Working with Leroy is like working with a best friend. He is knowledgeable about the cars, is trustworthy and doesn't pressure you into buying something. He helps you get a fantastic car and the best deal. I smile every time that I get inside my new car! Joe Castillo in Finance was also great. He took the time to patiently answer my questions about the many papers that are required when you buy a car. Ron Yamada provides great customer care in the service dept. when I have my car in for repairs and maintenance. I trust him to advise me on what needs to be done. He explains the repairs so I understand, and he helps me use my coupons and monthly service specials so my money goes farther. Diane is always friendly and helpful at the Cashier counter. In the Parts Dept., I appreciated Ian installing my Weather Tech floor liners (front and back) for me in my new car. I have a lot of arthritis in my hands and it would have been difficult and very painful for me to do that installation. All of these employees (Leroy, Joe, Ron, Diane and Ian) went the "extra mile" to provide excellent customer service to me. You have a great team with these employees and they represent Weld County Garage very well. More

My only problem was the trade in price I was given for my 2002 GMC Sierra SLE 2500 HD Duramax with 85K miles and in extra good condition. As a matter of fact I heard my trade in sold the same day I traded and several people were interested in it. Just felt Weld County could have worked more with me on the trade. Only agreed to come off of the original trade in offer by $50, thus the reason for only 4 stars. So far I am really pleased with my purchase. Hope this Sierra is as trouble free as my 2002 was. More
