Not just once but twice! Alek and Shannon came through for me not just once but twice in just two months! I originally worked with them in December looking for a good reliabl Alek and Shannon came through for me not just once but twice in just two months! I originally worked with them in December looking for a good reliable vehicle that I could finance even with my pretty rough credit. I let Alek know what I could afford in payment and down and he got to work to see what we could do. I fully expected to need a co-signer so was completely shocked when he called me to tell me that the Buick I had been eyeing on the website could possibly work. When I struggled to find a time that I could come take a look at the car due to work schedule he actually BROUGHT IT TO ME on my lunch break! He did some checking and we were able to get me written without a co-signer and just 6 dollars more per month than I was aiming for! They even had everything ready to go as far as paperwork when I came in that evening to sign. I was blown away by the way these guys went out of their way to make this purchase simple, hassle free and efficient. A month later I was in an accident and the Buick was totaled. Alek got in touch with me when he heard about it through a mutual friend and let me know when the dust settled, let him know what to be looking for. Sure enough once my claim was finally being processed they did it again!!! This time bigger and better than before! I didn't expect them to be able to strike gold for me yet again, but somehow they did it! Once again I provided my updated info and Alek and Shannon got to work to get me a list of options and I fell IN LOVE with an 09 Toyota Yaris. I really expected them to tell me, "yeah we can do this but we need more down or more per month," but once again my phone rang and I was told we could make the numbers work! This time Alek picked me up from work to test drive the car and it was all over. I didn't care if I even had to pay a little more than originally planned, THIS was MY car. Most dealers would capitalize on that excitement and when the numbers came in LOWER than expected for monthly payment would have ADDED something on the back end, making it the "max range," but Not my WCG guys. They didn't push me into a higher payment to pad their wallets, they got me a great deal on a car I LOVE! I guess you could say that when Weld County says "welcome to the family" when you buy a car, it isn't just a saying, they mean it. In fact my kids even enjoyed the dealership so much they actually asked if I could just drop them off there for the day sometime (they loved the wifi and coffee machine). Thank you again Alek and Shannon and all of WCG for making magic happen for me not just once, but TWICE!!!! Y'all are truly the best!!! More
