Joke of a dealership Honestly I've never thought much of this dealership, but while visiting the dealership recently, my brother and I were looking for a newer truck. We f Honestly I've never thought much of this dealership, but while visiting the dealership recently, my brother and I were looking for a newer truck. We found one that we had a few questions about but no one came to help us. After waiting a while, we decided to take a look under the hood. While looking, someone from inside the dealership locked the truck on us. Still no one came to see if we had any questions. I was very disappointed and angry so we left. Will not ever shop here for a vehicle ever again. But that was just one incident, about two years ago our mother had a 2012 Buick Verano taken there for a oil change and a tire rotation I believe. After all was done the mechanic was going to take it for a test drive. Got out on the highway, but didn't make it very far. He had forgot to put the lugnuts on the drivers side front tire. The tire fell off and damaged the fender. It was a hassle to get the car fixed and everything done properly. Service center is over priced for all parts, etc.. I could go on for a while. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Will never do business with them again When we picked up the car and got it home we found that it wasn't even cleaned up or detailed at all. The finance company they went through was a debt When we picked up the car and got it home we found that it wasn't even cleaned up or detailed at all. The finance company they went through was a debt collector. We traded the piece of junk off but yet still get phone calls that we need to pay them which we don't even have the car anymore don't understand that don't care I guess but I will never do business with Weld County Garage again! More
