Upon arrival I was kindly addressed. My technician knew what needed to get done shortly after we got to the counter where the computers are at. I did say I was there for my oil change and before I could even bring up that I have not been contacted about my recall he mentioned it would get taken care of as well so I was happy about that because there was definitely slacking with communication and deadlines of service to be fulfilled for that recall before me arriving to my current appointment with the dealership. Overall it was a great experience as always. More

Never asked for a current phone number to text when car was ready had Togo to service desk to find out the car was ready also they couldn’t change the wiper blades that I requested as they said what I had was ready had Togo to service desk to find out the car was ready also they couldn’t change the wiper blades that I requested as they said what I had was after market and couldn’t change them also didn’t have any in stock also my battery was dead the next day so don’t think they could have checked it during their inspection More
