I have been weary going to a dealership to get any maintenance done because I always feel like I’m going to get price gouged, or afraid of service consultants pushing & pressuring extra service with scare tactics. But none of that happened at Weir Canyon. Thank you to Madeline and her team making me feel comfortable and taking care of my car concerns. Took my 2024 Honda Hybrid in for its 2nd Honda recall. Left my car over nite so car would be ready in late morning. Work was done and picked up my CRV hybrid with it running just fine. This is the third time I’ve brought my H-RV in for service. Each time I’ve come in, I’ve gotten a good vibe from the place. The impression I get from my experience is that the service department wants service. Each time I’ve come in, I’ve gotten a good vibe from the place. The impression I get from my experience is that the service department wants to deliver honest, fair, high quality work. Joshua Martinez was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need. They even had some clips on my engine shield replaced for free. Joshua could tell that I was teaching my daughter how get her car serviced, and he even took the time to go over the invoice with her and show her how to make sure she is dealing with a reputable mechanic. Overall, I have to say I’m very pleased with the quality and integrity of the service department, which makes me want to shop Weir Canyon Honda the next time I’m in the market for a new car. Treat your customers right and they’ll keep coming back. That’s good business. More
