Upon arrival I was kindly addressed. My technician knew what needed to get done shortly after we got to the counter where the computers are at. I did say I was there for my oil change an My technician knew what needed to get done shortly after we got to the counter where the computers are at. I did say I was there for my oil change and before I could even bring up that I have not been contacted about my recall he mentioned it would get taken care of as well so I was happy about that because there was definitely slacking with communication and deadlines of service to be fulfilled for that recall before me arriving to my current appointment with the dealership. Overall it was a great experience as always. More
