Service department: Thank you for the most enjoyable experience as I comfortable waited a little over 3 hours. The environment was very pleasant The service was beyond my expectation. He ordered the part needed and said come back in the morning. And Marc even remembered my name and what was wrong with the car when I drove in for service the next day. He greeted me like an old friend that was going to be taken good care of. That does not happen any place else. I took my car in last week for a new engine noise and some other minor issues. Brian was helpful from the start and Mark was my customer service contact. They had promised the car back by closing at 6: some other minor issues. Brian was helpful from the start and Mark was my customer service contact. They had promised the car back by closing at 6:00 but called to say they ran late getting the part and I needed to pick up a loaner car and get my car back the next day. Long story short, I got the rental but forgot paperwork in my Pilot and when I went back the technician had my car completed, BEST experience ever! That tech didn't know I was coming back but finished it that evening. Was able to have my SUV, thank you guys! More

They frequently have coupons for us to use. We miss the free car wash we used to get after service, but may have had to cut that out because of water rationing. More
