Corey had the audacity to tell me to relax because I raised my concern about the lack of service when I brought my car in for an oil change. The attitude on this man was one of arrogance. The attitude of the general manager was also one of arrogance. I even challenged Corey about telling me to relax in his condescending tone. It looked like he was ready to retaliate not apologize. If you want true service do not come here. When I complained to the general manager he just gave me an apathetic, defensive response--nothing was going to happen. I sincerely hope that future customers will avoid Weir Canyon Honda and Acura. These men need to remodel their attitudes not just their facilities. More
Dishonest dealer/ no loaner cars available My daughter bought a car there at age 18 and that salesman saw her coming . A five year old civic which cost the same as a new One. She was actually given a 7 yr loan to pay it off. I called manager and he told me they sell them used for same price as new all the time because they never depreciate. If you bring a Honda trade in you'll find out they do in fact depreciate quite quickly. Now car has a recall on passenger airbag making it unsafe to drive with passenger side occupied. It will be a month before the part comes in and they do not offer a loan car like their recorded message says do while your on hold. My daughter has 4 kids and must use passenger seat. I will never do business with them ever again!!! More

Recently (2/2/16) I needed to spend almost $1000 for the valve sensor and spark plugs replacement. They didn't have the valve sensor in place, so the dealer rented me a car and I was able to drive to my car. More
