Weir Canyon service has gone downhill over the past few years. Not only have they stopped matching other local Honda service deals, they have increasingly longer and longer Express services wait time. Why years. Not only have they stopped matching other local Honda service deals, they have increasingly longer and longer Express services wait time. Why does it take 2 hours to get an express oil change on a weekday? Its happened several times for me. I'm finding a new service center. This is just disappointing. My most recent trip I had to ask why my vehicle has been worked on after and hour and a half, when I had a scheduled express service. Only after my complaint did they go out and pull it it in to work on. More

Ripped me off. Said I needed brakes, I didn’t. Said I needed transmission fluid changed, I didn’t. Then there was a cleaning in of something by fuel pump. Total you Said I needed brakes, I didn’t.
