Received a recall on my 23 Accord. I was able to make the appointment online without going through additional steps for recall service like another nearby Honda Dealership. I arrived I was able to make the appointment online without going through additional steps for recall service like another nearby Honda Dealership. I arrived and greeted by a very nice and polite younger gentleman wearing a light blue shirt. Larry was at my vehicle a few minutes later to note mileage and VIN and write up service. I elected to wait and received auto "thank you" text on my phone along with the Wi-Fi password "WCHINSPIRE". The password did not work even after re-attempting a few times. I received the same password when I received a reminder text the day prior. My car was ready after approx 90 minutes. I went to sign paperwork but was not told if my Accord did in fact require service based on the recall. I would have liked to know either way. The same young gentleman that greeted me when I arrived, was waiting and walked me to my Accord. More

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now, and have received nothing but great service from this dealership up until today (3/28/25). The AC unit in my 2018 Civic has had ongoing issues due to fa have received nothing but great service from this dealership up until today (3/28/25). The AC unit in my 2018 Civic has had ongoing issues due to faulty parts which have required extended warranties and replaced parts. Honda has accepted responsibility for those faulty parts, and has rightly not passed any of the cost on to me thus far. However, when another faulty part in my AC unit, the evaporator, caused my AC unit to blow only hot air (no cold), I assumed the faulty part would be covered under warranty like the others. It was not. Instead, Honda is trying to pass the cost on to me and charge me an outrageous $2400 to replace their faulty evaporator. I do not think this is a company acting with integrity, let alone with any care for their customers. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, then I do not recommend Honda. More
