I bought my car here and after 1 year my car mile range system is broken. I understand the difference range changes of 1-5miles within few second depends on local/fwy/uphill/downhill road. It was normal like that around 1 year But after 1 year, the range number was going down and up 30-50mile within few seconds. It means something is wrong with my car so I brought the car to dealer. But the dealer person said it’s normal?!!! I recorded it while I was driving too. I told him that I’ve been drive this car for a year and it wasn’t like this. This is not normal... The max range of this car is around 380miles but the sometimes the range went up to 415 something while I’m driving.. They didnt have any loaner car on that they so I asked him to make a appointment and loaner car the other day and at least check up on my fuel system. He said okay and made an appoinment and reserved for a loaner car. I have work on weekdays so I asked my brother to drop off the car on the appointment day. Today my brother went to the dealer early in the morning before he start working. But the dealer person said the problem is normal to other car so they will not check my car... WTH?! so we compained him that” then why did you make appointment ?!” And he said “you sister wanted to make an appoinment so I just made an appoinment” what the heck is this?!!!! we make appoinment 7am so we had to wake up 6am! The is not normal...If it was lease I would just ignore but I bought this car! The dealer person said “you can just ignore the range number and watch fuel tank meter” What the heck is this? I made appointment for at lease check up on it but They did’t even want to check up my car..this is really unacceptable... More

I had a very difficult problem with my 2013 RDX. The problem was intermittent and very hard to diagnosis. They did some work that was latter determined unnecessary and when I brought this to the attent problem was intermittent and very hard to diagnosis. They did some work that was latter determined unnecessary and when I brought this to the attention of the Service Director (Corey Smith). After investigating he refunded the entire amount and asked me to call him direct if the problem returns. All the people I have come into contact with at Weir Canyon Acura are extremely polite, helpful and professional. More
2 Weeks and still no Loaner Had to drive for 2 weeks with no AC / Radio / Backup Camera / Navigation because both display in my car suddenly stopped working 2019 Acura TLX. Can't leave the car without a loaner due to work and servicing my car would take more than two days. They kept promising a call back once a loaner is available for 2 weeks (Still didn't receive a call back). Called Cerritos Acura, they had a loaner ready for me in 2 days while they service my car. Weir Canyon Acura Service Department is not as it used to be, would recommend visiting another Acura dealer to service your car. More

Burning 1 quart of oil per 1000 miles is NORMAL?!?! Take your business elsewhere. Their service has gotten very poor as of late. I had an Acura Integra since 1998 for over 15 years and have been happy Take your business elsewhere. Their service has gotten very poor as of late. I had an Acura Integra since 1998 for over 15 years and have been happy with their cars and their service. Then I purchased a 2011 Acura MDX and have had nothing but issues but thankfully most of the issues have been resolved through my extended warranty I paid extra for when I bought the car. Then the last year or so, I have got a notification that my engine oil was low. I don't have any oil leaks that I can see but I thought maybe it was a fluke and refilled the oil. Then a few months later, i got another notification that it was low. This then had me puzzled as to where my oil is going. I figured the engine was burning oil but even my subaru doesn't burn this much oil. Shortly after, I got a notification that these models burn oil and if it burns more than their allotted amount, then it will be repaired. I thought surely mine would be covered under warranty but sadly no. They had me do a consumption test where I drive my car for 1000 miles and they have me come back to see how much oil was lost. I went through those 1000 miles and when I took my car back to Weir Canyon, Frank, my service agent, said that my car burned just 1.0 quart of oil per 1000 miles and that is "NORMAL". How is losing ONE QUART of oil normal for 1000 miles? My typical oil change intervals based on the car's computer is around 5000 miles. Does that mean I need to replenish my engine with 5 quarts of oil between oil changes? How is that NORMAL? My car takes approximately 5 quarts of oil when I replace it with a new filter. SO I have to replace my oil TWICE between my scheduled oil change? And even when I started my consumption test, when I went home to see how much oil I had started with, they overfilled the oil where the oil was registering above the top of the dip stick line. And this was using their recommended process to test the oil where I have the engine off for 5 minutes on level ground to check the oil. They don't want to take responsibility for their issues and say that everything is normal. I assure you that I am going to take my business elsewhere and go buy a Toyota/Lexus. I am sure they don't treat their customers like this. More
I was hit and some of my instruments were not working I took it and Roy received me with a smile and listen to all my issues and then proceeded to give me options on the repairs, while doing a B1 service I took it and Roy received me with a smile and listen to all my issues and then proceeded to give me options on the repairs, while doing a B1 service and reminding me of the recall, which I had forgotten to mention.
