August 23, 2021 I arrived at Weber Chevrolet to have my 2017 Silverado pickup for oil change, and safety inspection. Will waiting for the above service to be completed I decided to walk into the sales area 2017 Silverado pickup for oil change, and safety inspection. Will waiting for the above service to be completed I decided to walk into the sales area and decided to check on their new pickup inventory. I noticed someone busy at his desk and I stopped and asked if he was in sales….he said yes and introduced himself..Chris Kavadas. Well everything moved quickly from the introduction to looking at their 2021 Chevrolet Silverado inventory, test drive, details of vehicle, trade in, price and it’s a deal. Chris from the minute I walked up to his desk until the deal was down worked tirelessly to make my wife and myself feel comfortable and answered all our questions. All the Financial were handled by Nate Morris just like he did on my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado pickup. Told Chris “I came in for a oil change and left with a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab pickup” Thanks to Chris and all the Weber Chevrolet, Granite City team. More

Kent from the service dept saved our trip by squeezing us in for a vital repair. We were on a road trip. The truck water pump failed. Kent got the truck fixed and saved us and our trip. Scheduled a service appointment the first time for my one year old truck that buttons on the steering wheel quit working, got me right in and they tore apart my steering wheel only to tell me they didn't hav year old truck that buttons on the steering wheel quit working, got me right in and they tore apart my steering wheel only to tell me they didn't have the part and they would call me when it was in, no problem. Fast forward two weeks still no word, I called them and they inform me the part is in and get me scheduled with another appointment, drop off my truck at 730am to the same polite staff and they call me at 1pm saying they ordered the wrong part and want to keep my truck over night, I will take my vehicle elsewhere for service, made an appointment at Jack Schmitt Chevrolet in O'Fallon Illinois and they have the part in stock. If you're looking for polite staff that don't follow up with their customers this is the place for you. When I bought the $65,000 truck from them the experience was great, I will not be making any further vehicle purchases from them due to this though. More

Could not find problem! Poor service, left oil cap off after oil change, had to order new cap. Couldn't find battery draw down on new Chevy only 200 mikes on it.
