If I could leave 0 stars I would but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I could select. Worse dealership I’ve ever been too so far, we took my truck there to be checked out because of a noise we’ve been hear is the lowest I could select. They checked it and said they didn’t hear anything and nothing was wrong, we get on the road a couple of days later and get almost 4 hours away from home and the truck runs hot, so we end up stuck on the side of the road, waiting for a tow truck to come and pick it up, which all this happens on a Saturday when no shops are open. Now I have to get someone from home (4 hours) away to come pick me up. That following Monday the shop where my abondoned car ended up at calls to say they took a look and it was a bad water pump and because the truck overheated it caused a blown head gasket. xxx!!! All that could’ve been avoided if the Weber Chevrolet Dealer in Granite City, IL would have just checked it like I asked them to in the first place when I brought it in. Now they are saying they are not responsible. This dealership will never get my business nor anyone I know business ever again. They ended costing me money for something that could’ve been very simple to begin with. More

I took my 04 chevy malibu in for a body control module change and it was terrible took 3 months for them to actually get the job done they broke a piece off my dashboard my fuses are all messed up my driv change and it was terrible took 3 months for them to actually get the job done they broke a piece off my dashboard my fuses are all messed up my driver side seat no longer moves back and fourth the car now keeps falsely tripping limp mode due to the fuses being all outta wack I have fuses sitting in my center console that they ripped out and didnt bother to put back in 10/10 would not go here ever again and would not suggest anyone to go here ever worst customer service the lady at the receptionist desk would "transfer me to my mechanic" and id be waiting on the phone for an 1 hour before I got tired of it and hung up she all around rude again don't go here big waste of time and money More
