I came in to pick up some parts, and when I went to the service cashier to pay, the cashier was sitting on her phone texting. There were a couple of other people behind me waiting as well. Trip to dealer for service I went in for service and while my vehicle was old the service department had taken good care of it. They directed me to a sales person (Steve LaFranc I went in for service and while my vehicle was old the service department had taken good care of it. They directed me to a sales person (Steve LaFrance) who sold me a new chevy high country. Steve went the extra mile and I have a new truck now instead of new tires. More
