Why did no one bother to call me and let me know this prior to us going there, as a matter of fact I even received a text reminder on Sunday, 3/2 confirming my appointment at your Highland location. After several calls back and with between Ernie (Highland manager) and Joe (Merrillville manager) Highland agreed to do a simple oil change (which is all I wanted). If you are no longer servicing Genesis vehicles in Highland, you should not have that option available via your website. It is misleading and an unnecessary inconvenience that you are causing your customers. More
