My initial interactions when checking my car in were positive. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. I appreciate that they could take my car in on the day I called, within that hour, so that was really he positive. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. The things I didn't like are as follows: - When I called to ask clarifying questions about the services recommended for my car, the representative had an impatient tone with me that I didn't appreciate. - The prices for service were very high. - I was not updated about when my car might be ready. - I was not notified when my car was ready to be picked up. - After verbal agreement of getting the 3rd service rather than just two, I did not receive an updated document to sign off on the 3rd service.
