We are an older couple and we wait for our car to be serviced. Everyone is kind and professional. The waiting area is clean, bright and cheerful. I went in for a routine diagnostic and 2 days later I was being pulled over by cops because my taillight/brake light was out. You’d think this is something they would check. The desk agent called me the wron being pulled over by cops because my taillight/brake light was out. You’d think this is something they would check. The desk agent called me the wrong name multiple times. I was supposed to get a car wash with my service as well and did not. Gotta love Webb Chevrolet <3 More
