Bought a car brand new off the lot with 0 miles a year and half later check engine light comes on they tell me it’s problem with transmission and because it’s a new car it still has a warranty… ok for one and half later check engine light comes on they tell me it’s problem with transmission and because it’s a new car it still has a warranty… ok for one why is there. Fast forward they fix the issue told me to pick my car up same day I picked it up before I made it home check engine light came back on that was a Friday I call back they said to bring it back Monday I brought it in Monday to tell me now it’s a problem with the engine and it’s cost around 2000🥺🥺and between both visits they never knew my oil needed to be changed which is another problem they even identified yet🤦🏾♀️Because maybe a censor not working but when I denied them to fix it I just told them to change the oil fast forward to week later check engine lite has yet to come on so at this point I’m confused 😩😩🥺🥺🥺🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️.WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR?? Never called to communicated with me about my car. My car was there for a total of 4days!!! When I went to pick my car up it didn't start and that was the reason why I brought the car in. The guy gave My car was there for a total of 4days!!! When I went to pick my car up it didn't start and that was the reason why I brought the car in. The guy gave my car a jump after I paid $1,285 for them to fix the problem, mind you the problem was the car not starting. The care was shaking uncontrollably when I restarted it, which was something I never experienced with my car. I made them take the car back, they did more work, minor work he oiled a wire to stop the shaking. I was told my car didn't start when I came to pick it up because the technician forgot to let the car run after he replaced the chip in my car. when I came to get my car for the second time they forgot to reset my car, so things like the oil light was showing as 0% when I had just got an oil change, so they had to take the car back to reset it. There was new scratch marks on my driver side door. I talked to Breyana over the phone, she knew very little about the ECM and how the technician found the problem, so I asked to speak with someone els who could better explain to me what was going on with my car and she would not let me speak to another person, she seemed offended that I wanted to speak to someone else, I just wanted someone who could better explain what was going on with my car. After a lot of pushback she let me speak to another person who was able to better explain to me what was going on with my car and answer my questions. And again there was no communication AT ALL!!! Nobody called me to communicate with me about my car, I had to call to get any type of update. When they figured out the problem no one called, the first time when my car was finished no one called, when the car had to go back no one called, just no communication at all. More
