They were very friendly and welcoming as a first time customer there. They communicated with me on everything that needs to be done with my vehicle but was not pressured to get all maintenance issues fix customer there. My SUV had a 120,000 mile 12 year extended warranty with a $100.00 deductible. My SUV had a bad spark plug coil #4 and a bad water pump. Web Chevy contacted the warranty company and Web Chevy negotiated on a $100.00 deductible. My SUV had a bad spark plug coil #4 and a bad water pump. Web Chevy contacted the warranty company and Web Chevy negotiated on a price to fix the SUV. Web Chevy call me and told me it will cost $400.00 + $100.00 deductible to fix the SUV. I asked don’t I have a $100.00 deductible? Web Chevy said yes you do but the warranty company will not pay for the markup on parts so we are going to pass the cost to you. I said you fix my SUV two other times ago and web Chevy never charged me markup on parts before. Web Chevy replaced the timing chain and replaced miscellaneous parts when rebuilding the engine. Last month they fixed the A/C system with no problems. I ask to speak to the manager. The manager said there’s nothing he can do. I told him Web Chevy is double dipping. Web Chevy is getting the warranty money with my $100.00 deductible and a extra $400.00. I said you can do that. I ask to speak to his boss. He would let me talk to him. I called the next do and ask for the General Manager. Web Chevy said he was in a meeting and could not talk at the moment. I had to leave a message. (He still didn’t call me back). The service manager called me and he told me Web Chevy needs the $400 dollars for the mark up. If you don’t want to pay the markup then pay the diagnostic and get your SUV out of here. I told him I want to speak the the General manager. He told me he does not want to talk to you and told me to call you. I ask to speak to the owner. He told me she not in. He would even send me to her voice mail. Then he told me he want to work with me and he will cut the markup price to $200.00 + $100.00 deductible. I told him no. He said then pay for the diagnostic and get your car out of here. I talked to the the warranty company. I have the authorization number to have Web Chevy fix my SUV. I ended up paying for the diagnostic, I have my broken SUV back. The owner never called me back. The general manager never called me back. Service was double dipping on the warranty. The two gentlemen I talked to in the service department just wanted to rip me off. If I don’t hear from owner, I’m going to contact GM and let them know what their franchisees are doing. More
