Service was good but you can improve on obtaining parts (new transmission), it took 4 days. My father was a GM employee and said that could have been improved. Taking my car in to get it fixed one day the check engine light come on the next day. I took it back and they recharged me a A diagnostics fee, and I have paid it prior or just unbeknownst to me. When you diagnose a car day before you’re supposed to diagnose the whole car I didn’t pay you for a prior part diagnosis so after they fixed it the first day the check engine light came on the next day and they say oh that’s something else you have to pay for a different diagnostic I think I would choose to go to another dealership instead of web and the future they’re not honest. Had several bad experiences: 1 car was in lot called they had not sent out to be serviced to body shop the whole day I called several time was not service until next day car was in at 7am Oil change was do had not sent out to be serviced to body shop the whole day I called several time was not service until next day car was in at 7am Oil change was done sticker note next oil change due 6729 miles didn’t reach oil change was due at 3788 miles with 20 percent do not understand why I didn’t get at less 3000 mile before next service was due this is a New car tires look bad brown spots all on them like old and dry rot More
