I had a 5 o’clock appointment for an oil change, at 6:20 they came out and said they were not able to do my oil change because they did not have the key for my oil filter. What is the purpose of having an appointment if over an hour and a half later, you are being told they cannot complete your service. I was asked to leave my vehicle overnight and they would do the oil change the next morning. I took my husband‘s car to work and a shuttle came to pick him up to come and get my vehicle. The cashier was unorganized and my husband went on a wild goose chase to find a technician to look for my keys and my vehicle. Poor service! We were not even compensated for our time spent there. I was very disappointed with the length of time my service took. I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change and it was not done until after 4:00.
