I did not work directly with Dakota Miller but have met him. He seems to be a valuable employee to the Webb Chevy Service team and Devin speaks highly of him. Jim was also concerned for me and I just met him for the first time a few days ago. I trust that Jim will help as well with some resolution. Zero stars for customer service. I bought a new car battery from Webb Chevy June 30 2023. I paid $446.10 parts, labor, and tax (battery was $341.19). Tried to start my car yesterday I bought a new car battery from Webb Chevy June 30 2023. I paid $446.10 parts, labor, and tax (battery was $341.19). Tried to start my car yesterday and nothing. No clicking, no lights, no nothing. Tried to jump it, nothing. Pulled the battery and brought it to Webb Chevy to test. They tested it and confirmed its dead. Since its been less than a year and still under warranty, I can get a new one for free BUT I have to pick up the dead battery, put it back into my car, and bring the car back to Webb Chevy so they can test it and tell me its dead and give me a new battery PLUS charge me labor to install. The obvious question is how do you drive a car with a dead battery. You don't. So that means I have to pay to have it towed. This all makes zero sense to me. What a total ripoff. Never will I do business with Webb Chevy again. More
