Had the backup camera replaced. For approximately two weeks after service was performed there was a squeaking sound coming from the interior rear section of vehicle. I raised the ta For approximately two weeks after service was performed there was a squeaking sound coming from the interior rear section of vehicle. I raised the tailgate and examined the area on the tailgate in the area of the camera and found that the rear panel of the tailgate was loose at the area where the camera is. By pushing in and out at this point I was able to duplicate the squeaking. I snapped the panel into place as it was not seated with the clips and secured the panel. I took the car for a drive and surprise!...the squeaking was gone! Thanks Mr. Chevy tech for not completely doing your job! More

Please listen to me a run to another brand vehicle. I have purchased 6 vehicles (including immediate family members) from Webb. My mother in law's vehicle was bought new in 2016. After being quite sick I have purchased 6 vehicles (including immediate family members) from Webb. My mother in law's vehicle was bought new in 2016. After being quite sick for a couple of years and barely using the car my son got it after her passing. We have found that the vehicle leaks when raining. Chevy knows of this issue and has a bulletin stating that repairs need to be done on the third brake light. My vehicle is under by miles but out of the bulletin by time. Out of 4k in repairs they will only pick up 2300. Webb will do nothing else to help with assistance for a problem which they are well aware of after purchasing 6 new vehicles. Please know there is no longer any benefit for loyalty to a brand or dealership. They will sell you a vehicle ,take your money and say that is all they can do when more is needed on there end. Try looking to other more loyal dealers before buying from them. They should earn our business and loyalty with so many other brands and dealerships to choose from. More

My situation at hand is quite unfortunate and super frustrating. However I have worked with Devin for many years and I trust him to make it right. Jim was also concerned for me and I just met him for the first time a few days ago. I trust that Jim will help as well with some resolution.
