Back in March I brought in my 2012 Chevy Traverse in because I was told it need a timing chain replacement and I was best of at a dealership. Wow was my mechanic wrong. I ended taking it to Webb Chevy a because I was told it need a timing chain replacement and I was best of at a dealership. Wow was my mechanic wrong. I ended taking it to Webb Chevy and let them do it and they charged me roughly $3,500. Shortly after they did the timing chain I got a message of low oil. When I went to check it I found out that they didn't even reinstall the dipstick. Then some time toward the end of July or beginning of August my check engine light came on. I believe it took this long only because I wasn't driving in to work everyday. So I took it back there. First they told me it was my battery, $300, then they said it was the battery. Told me they could re-diagnose it for another charge. I just do it and then they said it was the alternator and would be $1,400. I decided to have my mechanic do it. Shorty after that the check engine came back on and when I tool it back they said it was still my charging system. Now fast forward to the end of December I started to hear a noise and the said that my pistons are shot and would need to have a new engine and exhaust put in $10,000. Now I may not be a mechanic by trade but I am extremely mechanically inclined and have not had less then 240,00 miles on any of my previous Chevy vehicles. But consider they didn't install the dipstick and could properly diagnose the problem when it was brought back to them it makes me wonder what they messed up when they did the timing chain. To make matters worse when I was called by the Service manager to make sure I new what the problems were, because I picked it up after service hours, and he tried to make me feel it was my fault even after I was trying to explain all this to him. I am not one to write reviews but I felt this need to be shared and I can guarantee that I will NEVER do any Business with Webb Chevy again. More

Lost a sale and customer for life I had my 2008 Saturn towed in on a Monday because it was experiencing what seemed to be a transmission issue. Later that day I got a call from Chris I had my 2008 Saturn towed in on a Monday because it was experiencing what seemed to be a transmission issue. Later that day I got a call from Chris in Service advising that there were multiple warnings being issued and that it would likely cost in excess of what I was willing to spend to repair. I advised that I didn’t want to do the repairs but might be interested in purchasing a new vehicle and to have a salesman contact me with a possible trade-in allowance and to discuss my options for a new vehicle. By 7pm that day I hadn’t heard from any sales people so I called back and asked again to discuss my situation with a salesman. Fast forward to Thursday and I still hadn’t heard from anyone at the dealership so I called service to ask what I owed so I could pick up my car and have it turned over to a junk car dealer. I also mentioned that I still had not heard from a sales person but at that point it was too late as I had already made a deal to purchase a new 2018 vehicle elsewhere. I’d like to say that your dealership most likely lost a sale simply because nobody felt it was necessary to call me back. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, or rather the lack of customer service that I received. I will not be returning to the dealership for my future service needs on my 2011 Camaro. You'd think they'd prepare for a recall My mom's 2017 Spark had a recall. We were given a date when they would start taking appointments, and we made one. That was July 24. It is now August My mom's 2017 Spark had a recall. We were given a date when they would start taking appointments, and we made one. That was July 24. It is now August 8, and they still aren't done with it. They didn't order the parts ahead of time, then they broke something when they finally got the parts, and now there is a mechanic's strike, so they can't fix what they broke. Total incompetence. I liked the sales experience; the service department, however, has convinced me that I will never buy a car from there again. More
Sales not bad, service department was awful In the past year we have bought five new Chevy's from Webb. We had not had a need for the service department until recently. When calling for an appoi In the past year we have bought five new Chevy's from Webb. We had not had a need for the service department until recently. When calling for an appointment, it is always a week or two in advance. A loaner vehicle or a shuttle ride is never offered. When waiting for an oil change, it is always a couple hours. They do not run a vin status on your vehicle when you come in for service so if your vehicle should have a recall, you would need to do the research yourself and call for an appointment. I was just very disappointed on the treatment from the service department compared to the treatment received when purchasing a vehicle. Just a real sense of not caring. I would definitely recommend looking for a dealership with higher service ratings. More
poor experiance from start to finish Took a 2011 cruise in for a warranty transmission replacement. In the 2 weeks the car was there never recieved a call unless I called first. When car Took a 2011 cruise in for a warranty transmission replacement. In the 2 weeks the car was there never recieved a call unless I called first. When car was ready it was left unlocked in parking lot and had grease prints on door and side of car. I toom car home and upon inspection found the clips that attach bottom of bumper not reinstalled and the radiator and condenser were bent. I had the condenser replaced 3 weeks before so I know it wasnt like that before. Each visit to service resulted in a 20 minute wait.Talked to Mike the service manager and he didnt even want to look at the damage. He sends out the mechanic who worked on it and get nothing but a attitude. I am now out over 600 to fix their mistake. Stay far away from this place! More
