Webb Chevy Plainfield - Service Center

Had issue with vehicle consuming too much oil so took for repair. About 2 years ago GM was fixing cars with this issue for free and when I inquired to get mine repaired at that time they would not do so sinc repair. About 2 years ago GM was fixing cars with this issue for free and when I inquired to get mine repaired at that time they would not do so since it was not consuming too much oil then. The car was purchased with low mileage so now two years later when I now have the problem they refuse to fix it. $5500 repair. So tried to be proactive and would not replace bad parts and now they refuse to fix it for a problem they are well aware of they are experiencing with the equinox. Will never buys GM vehicle again. More

I had a 10am appointment. This is the first time I was disappointed with your service department. I waited 2 1/2 hour just to have my tire approved for free replacement..
