I had a 10am appointment. This is the first time I was disappointed with your service department. I waited 2 1/2 hour just to have my tire approved for free replacement.. I than called my sister to pick me up because they had to go and get the tire and they didn't know how long it would take. I received a call that my car was ready at 6PM. More

I scheduled an online last minute appointment for an issue with my defrost at the end of the business day. They got me all checked in and called me early the next morning with the diagnostic and estimat issue with my defrost at the end of the business day. They got me all checked in and called me early the next morning with the diagnostic and estimate repair. Repair was completed in a timely manner and I was back on the road by early afternoon.
