Dropped my car off for my scheduled early morning appointment to get the sensor fixed that kept going off and 6 days later I got my car back! They blamed it on waiting for a special part that my car appointment to get the sensor fixed that kept going off and 6 days later I got my car back! They blamed it on waiting for a special part that my car needed to fix something that I had nothing to do with, it was a sensor that went cray cray! Chevy disappointed me and so did this dealership with how long it took to get my car back AND the worse part is that I had to pay for it! $179.99 for a diagnostic check along with the part. Luckily I had an extended warranty and had to pay just my $100 deductible but still! 6 days to repair, uncalled for. I was inconvenienced. Now I'm thinking of trading my car in for a Honda Pilot because of this car & dealership. I shouldn't have to pay for a faulty sensor. More

My brand new truck with 55 miles on it broke down, took it back to the dealership where they seemed to not care at all like this was no big deal. 2 weeks later it was fixed. Ordered floor Mats and asked to it back to the dealership where they seemed to not care at all like this was no big deal. 2 weeks later it was fixed. Ordered floor Mats and asked to be installed while my new truck was in. Floor Mats were never installed even though paperwork said it was. How would I know that my engine was actually fixed too if they said my floor Mats were installed but they weren't? After waiting for an hour someone installed them, but did a horrible job. Almost looks like they used a saw and closed their eyes how bad the Mats were cut in the rear. More

Had issue with vehicle consuming too much oil so took for repair. About 2 years ago GM was fixing cars with this issue for free and when I inquired to get mine repaired at that time they would not do so sinc repair. About 2 years ago GM was fixing cars with this issue for free and when I inquired to get mine repaired at that time they would not do so since it was not consuming too much oil then. The car was purchased with low mileage so now two years later when I now have the problem they refuse to fix it. $5500 repair. So tried to be proactive and would not replace bad parts and now they refuse to fix it for a problem they are well aware of they are experiencing with the equinox. Will never buys GM vehicle again. More
