He showed us their indoor car showroom and it was amazing, I couldn't help myself and I was looking all over the place! My service advisor had Chris Lara work with me and we were able to find a car that worked for me. I should have got my first car here initially, nevertheless I was able to walk away with a great car! Always has a smile on when I see her. I have used the Mobility Program three times. I own an i3 electric car. For longer trips I utilize the Mobility Program at Weatherford BMW. Each time the experience is better than the last. Sherry is the reason why. She seems to have a 6th sense when it comes to matching us with a loaner vehicle. Checking in and out is painless. Thanks Sherry! Can't wait for my next loaner car. More
Great service with a smile Needed to get new wipers and O'Rielly Auto Parts wanted $70 for 1 wiper. Got two at the dealer for $53 out the door. We went to the service rep (Atul) Needed to get new wipers and O'Rielly Auto Parts wanted $70 for 1 wiper. Got two at the dealer for $53 out the door. We went to the service rep (Atul) and asked if he had someone to help put them on. He immediately took charge and changed out the wipers himself. Also asked about a problem with our older BMW as it would not start. After talking for a few minutes we got some ideas on things to check. Went home and a few minutes later the car was running. Thanks Weatherford. I will definitely sjop here for my next Bummer. More

(Poor Communication skills !) 3. ~ Guilty of "Part Misrepresentation" : Said I needed a part that had NOTHING to do with my issue at hand. After declining to have the work performed at WEATHERFORD I purchased the item with the part number given to me via there work Invoice documentation ~ only to find out, installing the part and my problem remained ! 4. ~ Contacted Service advisor - "Martinez", whom has a great gift of Gab, but no results ! ! ! 5. ~ After all that, returned my Car dirty, without the comp. Wash it would have normally received. ~ The only bright side of this : " I did have a loan a Car for the five days without my Vehicle " Invoice # 219165 / RO Quote # QR 89824 More

Lazy, Not Knowlegeable, Nothing but Excuses, Rude I took my car in because steam was coming out from under the hood, although it wasn't overheating. They told me that if something like that happens once in 19,000 mile, I don't have anything to worry about, so, sensing futility, I picked up the car. On the way home the air conditioner wasn't working, and I deduced that the steam was actually gas leaking from the air conditioner. I tried to get them to take the car back in for work, but they wouldn't give me an appointment for two weeks. And they gave me excuses for why they didn't find the problem, and a bunch whining about how mean I was being. Total losers. Go someplace else to buy or service your BMW. More
The best service experience with Kevin Rego Our 2014 650 coupe was at the dealer for a month due to a SOS emergency call malfunction issue. It was an abnormal case that the issue was new to the dealer & bmw n.a. It was a very stressful situation, however, Kevin Rego has handled the matter so promptly, which made us feel comfortable. He kept us in the loop every single day to let us know what was done for the day & what will be the plan for the next day. The day that the vehicle was fixed completely, he offered a full detail of the car and a couple of gifts for us. Also, he is trying to get us a full month payment back from BMW N.A. since we suffered for a month not being able to use our own vehicle. The service we got from him was very exceptional & beyond our expectation. More

I attempted to purchase a spare key on a recently obtained BMW from another dealer as to punish the buyer they will not sell you a key for my car. Proof of purchase, rejected. They needed someone with a non Latino name so i can get a key. I went to East Bay BMW where they were happy to get my $200 for a new spare key. Avoid. More
