Above & beyond service I had a recent experience with Wayne Subaru that I thought deserved comment. I had received an email from Subaru that required a software update. As my router did not provide an adequate signal to my car in my driveway I went to my dealer to see if they could help me without going thru a hassle of a service appointment. Charles in sales was determined to help me. It took several attempts after using the hotspot on his personal cell phone to accomplish the task. I could not do it on my cellphone as I did not have a hotspot option. I will be inquiring @ this fact with Verizon. Anyway, I just thought to say how appreciative I was of Charles efforts in this matter. To Subaru, it seems ridiculous that a 4G LTE connection could not accomplish the same task or do they think that everyone has access to a secured WiFi hotspot! More

He checked all the tires and made sure the pressure in all four tires are good. He made sure that I will be safe in driving my Legacy at all times especially during a stormy weather.
