Great Customer Service! I had to take my car in for a long-overdue recall issue. Service required I had to take my car in for service because the key would get stuck ignition from time to time. The problem was determined and fixed. I was a several hour process so I was able to get a loaner. The cost of the service was really high but the job was done. I was told I also needed rear brakes but opted to have that work done else where due to price. More
Avoid at all costs!!! We were having issues with our bluetooth audio. On August 12 we dropped our car off at Wayne Subaru Service. That’s where the nightmare begins. We explained the situation to a service advisor and we also requested an oil change + brake light switch recall. We brought our own oil and filter. We dropped the car and left the service. At the end of the day we received a call from service advisor explaining that they tried to upgrade software on head unit but it was stuck during an update. He said that they will have to replace head unit. We asked how many days we will wait for the new head unit. We have been told few days. Then we decided to leave the car at the service since it was only a few days. On August 16 at the end of the day we called service advisor since we have not heard back. He said they have not received the head unit yet. Okay it happens. When we asked again when is it going to come. He still was not sure when it will arrive. We asked him to call us back asap when they have the exact arrival date, since our car was sitting at the service for a week. We clearly stated that if it’s going to take longer than few days we must get the car. He called us back on August 19 to tell us that the part was shipped and will arrive in a few days. Still no exact arrival date. On August 21 we called again to find out if head unit arrived. Service advisor said the head unit arrived and they were installing it. At the end of the day he called us back to tell that the car was ready. We said we will pick it up next day as service was closing in less than 30 minutes when he called. That was the 9th day the car was sitting at the service. On August 22 we went to service to pick up our car to find out that they replaced the head unit but issue was not resolved. Which means they did not even test the new head unit. On top of that we found out that USB port is not working also, which was working perfectly fine before bringing our car to service. Then we asked for a service manager, who came to test the new head unit to say that he never seen such thing before. He told us that they will contact Subaru of America regarding the issue and let us know how to proceed. Moreover they did not even use our own oil and filter for an oil change. When we asked service advisor about it, his response was “Oh we are sorry our mechanics used Subaru oil, we did not use your oil and filter”??Which we had was genuine Subaru oil filter and SAE certified oil. Plus we got free scratches and dents on our car!! Since there was nothing else they could do we drove our car to home. This was the worst Subaru service experience we've ever had. As of today issue is still not fixed !!! More
Above and beyond I just bought a new 2018 Subaru Forester and noticed a little rub in the crease above the drivers window and above the steering wheel. I the sales manager Anthony Smolt not only fixed that spot , he detailed my whole car over himself. Between, family and friends we must have bought at least 10 cars from this dealership. From the great salesmanship of Joan Vacarro, the thorough walk through of the car by Nick or the expert finance help of David Fried the experience is always made easier. More

I have leased 8 new Subaru vehicles over the past 15 years. I have always been treated fairly. The owner knows me by name as do the reps in the service department.
