Lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service I have purchased 3 cars from here and sent a lot of people their way but I will not recommend them or purchase another car here. They are very helpfu I have purchased 3 cars from here and sent a lot of people their way but I will not recommend them or purchase another car here. They are very helpful until you buy the car and have a problem. Service told me I was out of warranty even though Subaru of America (SOA) said I was covered. Then they said my car (that I purchased there) was not a PZEV while I was looking at the sticker on my car. Joke is on them because SOA just paid my local mechanic to do the work. Will be purchasing another Subaru in the next 12 months but it won’t be from this place. I know SOA does not pay full rates for warranty work but you would think they would try to help me out considering my purchasing history there. I asked to speak with Bob (the owner) and they literally laughed at me and said I could not. More
Thorough Service is always cooperative and listen and I feel they are ready to be accomadating to my schedule. I had a major complication from surgery that left me unable to drive, so when Wayne Subaru called me to let me know my part had come in, I had no way of bringing my car to them. They went way out of their way to pick up my car and bring it back! I am so appreciative to Tony and the rest of the team there for coordinating all of this and fixing everything within hours. I can't recommend this business enough. More
They did not fix the problem. The issue that I brought the car in for was not fixed. I brought it back again and it still is not fixed. The warning lights on my car are still flashing and the front end squeaks which it did not do before I brought it in. All together your service center had my car for almost 3 weeks and did a bunch of work your service guys recommended but the problem I brought it in for still exists. More

My service rep, Tony Maggiore was great and as usual, everyone I dealt with from reception to service was courteous, friendly and overall just what you would want and hope for. I was always able to get someone to talk to me and was able to follow the progress of the repair which was important to me. It took a bit of time, I had hoped it would be done faster, but things take time even if we do live in a world that expects instant satisfaction. I now have my car back - it looks perfect. I am a happy camper. More

Good But Short On The Oil I felt the service was good but I stopped getting oil changes there awhile ago. This time as part of a major tune up they changed the oil and sure en I felt the service was good but I stopped getting oil changes there awhile ago. This time as part of a major tune up they changed the oil and sure enough again after only a couple of weeks I had to add oil. It happened all the time when I got the oil changed there but never after when I went to other places for an oil change. I find that very annoying that they "cheap out" to save a few dollars. That is not good service. However, I will say my customer service rep was very good, informative and friendly. I liked him a lot and will ask for him with any future service. More
