I had a great service experience. Dave, my service advisor, listened to me and I was heard. I was going to wait for the car, but a very nice loaner was arranged. Dave was courteous, helpful, and because the loaner had 1/8 of a tank of gas, Dave gave me $20 for fuel. Instead of having to wait for parts all Memorial Day weekend, my car was ready the next day. It's a Mazda 6 Signagure in Soul Red. People stop, stare, and compliment the color saying it's candy apple red. It literally glows and sparkles in sunlight. We love the car and wow is it zippy. 32.9 mpg highway this trip with the AC on. More
