Not particularly kind. Listen, I get it. There are things that go wrong with cars. But, when you tell someone that they have to pay $420.00 to fix a trunk latch that broke B Listen, I get it. There are things that go wrong with cars. But, when you tell someone that they have to pay $420.00 to fix a trunk latch that broke BEFORE THE CAR IS EVEN PAYED OFF, then you have to expect that people will be anxious. As such, the customer service representatives could be nicer when dealing with folks. Especially because, it's happened before. I had to pay $500.00 once before to fix a sensor that had gone bad. Again, all before car was payed off. It can be frustrating. So, to be honest, I got a lot of "I don't care" from the people at customer service. I was also trying to figure out a way to get a van to take me home (because it was quite late) and they weren't particularly helpful with that. It was an overall frustrating day, with patronizing folks who could have at least offered some kind words or helpful coupons. But, alas, it didn't happen. More

Disappointed. I bought a brand new cx5 from here and was happy until I realized I got a lemon. I kirseng the car in for service and they said minimum 4 weeks to fix I bought a brand new cx5 from here and was happy until I realized I got a lemon. I kirseng the car in for service and they said minimum 4 weeks to fix it. I called 2 weeks after leaving my car there to find out what's going on. I got transferred 4 times. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes and spoke about 90 seconds to a human. Finally I started getting aggressive on the phone and was told minimum 4 more weeks cause the parts are on back order. I was so stressed out I started looking up lemon laws. I ended up taking to an attorney and told him my situation and he said you have a legitimate claim. I told him I don't want no money I just want a new car. My car is less than 7 months old and has been in the shop 2 months of it. Lawyer contacted Mazda without me knowing. I got a call the next day from Wayne Mazda saying my car is ready. I was shocked cause couple days earlier the said still 4 weeks. When I asked to speak to the mechanic the service manager came out. A very rude man named Nick. I asked him if they fixed the sensor issue too because the car would brake on its own. He said im not allowed to talk to you cause you talked to a lawyer. I explained my concern about the car self braking since I didn't see anything on the work order about it and he told me that, listen to this, that the injectors are replaced abd that's what was causing it. How can fuel injectors cause automatic braking? He said call mazda we can't help you. My car had been working on 2 cylinders since I bought it and is still not fixed. I recommend wayne mazda to so many people. I was actually gonna get my new mazda from them if the manufacturer was gonna replace it. Now I wouldn't get a car from them if they paid me to drive it. Trust me stay away. More

Fabulous experience! This was my 1st time to have my new (used) 2015 Hyundai Sonato serviced and I was looking for a good service dept. After being very disappointed with This was my 1st time to have my new (used) 2015 Hyundai Sonato serviced and I was looking for a good service dept. After being very disappointed with another Hyundai dealer I had recently checked out (but decided I would never trust with my car) I decided to check out your service dept. Yesterday I was in the area so I just stopped by to see it, not expecting to be able to have anything taken care of since I didn't have an appointment When I pulled into the service bay expecting to just ask a few questions, a nice young man greeted me right away and called Dave over. To my surprise, Dave said they would service my car right away (even though I could see that they were very busy - almost every bay was filled), walked me into the building and introduced me to Nikita, who took down all my info and got me settled. Within an hour or hour and a half, the recall on the computer system and a thorough inspection of my car were done. I was a happy camper! Nikita was friendly, efficient and very helpful. What a pleasure it was to be able to relax and leave everything in Wayne Mazda's hands. I was very impressed and have definitely found a home for future service. I want to stress how important Dave and Nikita's courteousness, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness meant. They make Wayne Mazda/Hyundai look great! More
Great ... but So, the service is great, service staff friendly and generally helpful and service prices are pretty reasonable also. But really? Seriously? It's 2018 for pete's sake - EVERYONE has loaner cars.... I chatted with someone who couldn't even answer whether they had them or not. Said someone would call, nobody did - and all I wanted to know then & there was whether I needed to still find a ride to work in the morning. Guess I do. SMH More
Great experience I took my daughter's Mazda 3 in for two recalls and an oil change. Everyone was very nice and easy to deal with. We were not told on the phone that one recall was a lengthy repair and that the car should have been left. The service writer Rob and service manager Rob were very nice. I had not made arrangements to leave the car so they made sure that the Technician Anthony took the car right away. All repairs were made within a reasonable amount of time and I did not have to have my husband drive and hour out of his way to pick me up. I would recommend this service department. More
