Brand new car and in the same day of picking up this car with less than 50 miles on it the horn just goes off in the middle of driving. Needless to say this vehicl and in the same day of picking up this car with less than 50 miles on it the horn just goes off in the middle of driving. Needless to say this vehicle is unsafe for my 18 daughter to drive in and it was dropped off to Mazda service. I was told they would need 2 hours it's been a full week since dropping this car because this is something they never seen before? So then we are told the part is on back order, doesn't make sense? If this has never happened before as you say then the part or parts should be readily available. Now I'm being told the part or parts will be in on Monday. I could continue on about this whole experience from the purchasing stages of the car to poor service till now but I won't. I've consulted my attorney and I will move forward per his guidance. More

The best is Mikie driving me back to work and picking me up - he is absolutely a delightful person to be with and this service is the best. I would recommend the dealership! Brand new car, broke down on 287 after first service! On February 21st, 2019, I went to Wayne Mazda for my first oil change & tire rotation. Bought it in August, 2018. Things went great at first, staff friendly etc Left, went to the store up the road, and noticed my rear mud flap was hanging off called & told them I’ll be right back I didn’t/ won’t blame them but wasn’t very happy it wasn’t noticed & I wasn’t advised but.. whatever they fixed it within minutes! Nick, service manager, was nice & accomodating Left again, was almost home when I step on the accelerator & the car wouldn’t accelerate, was holding back and not going above 40 mph Called and told them I will be back tomorrow, 2/22 after work. Had issues driving to work also On my way to them after work, driving up 287, my car starts bucking and all the lights came on and it stalled! I had to coast to the shoulder Called the dealer freaking out, girl was so kind, said she would have the manager call me, which he did but i missed the call, gave me the tow truck number, after an hour tow truck guy came & got me & drove to Wayne Mazda. Nick again was very kind & personally would look at the car & offered a service at n/c Called me the next day and explained the 2nd & 4th cylinder blew in the car! 4th was trying to compensate for the 2nd that blew, said it happens sometimes, was a misfire issue, replaced both spark plugs, said it could also have been caused by bad gas but he checked the gas in it and said it was clean. I wasn’t happy that a brand new car, had no prior warnings, all of a sudden has a misfire immediately after its first ever oil change & i was stranded on a major highway & my concern I have a lemon or a car that’s now damaged, which I told nick also, he reassured me it’s a fluke thing. So the review email i got from Mazda i filled out with the same details I get a call today, at 9:51 am by Nick, service manager I’m thinking wow how nice he’s checking to see how the car is running... WRONG!!! He did ask how the car was doing and told him running fine, he asked why I gave them a 1 star and a bad review and that it went directly against him and he did extra to assure my satisfaction I was shocked he called to confront me! I said yes I appreciate the extra mile & i did give him great credit personally but the fact is I was stranded on 287, i could have died with it stalling out, he said but I told you it wasn’t anything we did, it just happened I said I don’t believe it just happened to a brand new car that was fine & then wasn’t! I think the service guy accidentally did something which caused the problems! I told him I had to go and I hung up I truly felt harassed! More
Service dept bad attitude!! I brought my car in for recalls, as well as an airbag warning in my vehicle health report and the paint is peeling off all four of my rims. The service department never returned my calls the day if service. I had to find a new ride to pick up my car because nobody called to say it was ready. The airbag warning is still there and my wheels, i am told, will not be covered or repaired in any way. I guess J have to just live with that. When i asked why my airbag warning will still be coming up the service person, Warren, said “oh Jesus” Unser his breath. When i asked who would be responsible for the getting something done about my wheels he muttered Paramaus Hyundai under his breath, which is where i bought the car. He was extremely rude and nothing on my car was fixed.Never ever go to this dealership!!! I thought my next car would come from Wayne Mazda but that’s never going to happen. I’ve never been treated so rudely. More
