A real nice purchasing experience! I did my research on the Mazda5, got the price I was looking to spend with NO Issues..a real smooth transaction. Would recommend this dealership. If you are on the market for a new Mazda, Wayne Mazda is the place to go! I highly recommend Wayne Mazda!!! Believe me, I shopped around for almost a month for a new Mazda5. I've had only 2 real quotes wit the place to go! I highly recommend Wayne Mazda!!! Believe me, I shopped around for almost a month for a new Mazda5. I've had only 2 real quotes with numbers. Most dealers played their games and were not willing to accept the fact that now is the 21st century and most consumers are well aware of difference between invoice and MSRP. Even though Wayne Mazda was not on that quote list at the time, when I contacted them, I was promised that Wayne Mazda would beat any offer! I was very skeptical about that, but decided to check them anyway. As I said, I was very sceptical, when I entered the dealership. However, when I was greeted by sales person, Michael De, with whome I spoke on the phone about Wayne Mazda's promise, my scepticism dissapeared as I checked the offer. It was well worth it to drive 60 mi up north to REALLY find the best offer of all. Price was great! All other quotes I had, were not even close. After the deal was closed, which took only an hour, I had some time to walk around dealership and see its operations. I liked service department being clean, and it has huge windows so you could see what is done to your car while you wait. I'd love to take my car there, was my thought. Stil not convinced that Wayne Mazda is the best in NJ? Try this: check which dealership sells the most and which gets new vehicles for its inventory more often than others, Wayne Mazda is the answer. Call them, call Michael De and find out for yourself! Lastly, I feel very lucky and happy that I bought my car from them! More

Had agreed to purchase used Mazda Protege for my stepdaughter...Signed contract by both parties, transferred deposit form credit card and written check for balance of payment....Waited 30 minutes fo stepdaughter...Signed contract by both parties, transferred deposit form credit card and written check for balance of payment....Waited 30 minutes for paperwork to be finalized, then told If I wanted the car it would cost another $1000.00....waited a further 30 minutes for manager to expalin why....It was a computer "mistake"... Refused the deal and walked out of dealership...was told that paperwork would be destroyed but days later the check was cashed. Had to spend another hour driving to pick up a refund check from them....No apology or explanation....Hoping that credit card refund has been honored. More
