I am currently leasing a 2024 Mazda CX-90 from this dealership, and my experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. At just 20,000 miles, all four tires on the vehicle are visibly dry-r dealership, and my experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. At just 20,000 miles, all four tires on the vehicle are visibly dry-rotted and cracked—despite normal use and no damage caused on my end. I was told I would need to pay $745 to replace them, which I find unacceptable given the condition and low mileage. I spoke with Manager Juan, who said he “is on my side,” but ultimately refused to cover or replace the tires. This is especially troubling because the condition of the tires raises serious safety concerns. Additionally, this vehicle has already been in service four separate times for a leaking roof. Initially, I was blamed and told I may not have been properly checking or closing the sunroof. However, it was later determined that the actual issue was bent drain components in the firewall—something clearly unrelated to user error. Between repeated service visits, misdiagnosis, and now being asked to pay out of pocket for defective tires, I am बेहद disappointed. This dealership has shown a lack of accountability and concern for customer safety. I expected better support and reliability when leasing a new vehicle.
