I went to purchase a used 2009 Mazda3 i touring value that had 19k miles on it and was listed for $13,995. Willing to pay cash, I aimed for $15k out the door, tax, title, etc. The salesman explained th that had 19k miles on it and was listed for $13,995. Willing to pay cash, I aimed for $15k out the door, tax, title, etc. The salesman explained that I was looking at $15,500 after tax, title, plates, etc. He went to his manager who came back saying that they had to get at least $16,800 for it due to trade/auction purchases at the time (?). However, they showed me a 2008 that was the same model with 3k miles less and said that they could probably let it go for $15,200 (ultimately $15k if $200 was the only thing holding me back.) BUT...and here's the ISSUE...the 2008 they showed me was also listed for $13,995 on the site. SO -- If the car is listed for the same price, shouldn't the 2009 have also been $15,500? Where did the extra $1,300 come from? And OF COURSE they tried to push leasing or financing a new one but that goes without saying... I'm willing to play the game, but their sketchy behavior for something so obvious is just not something anyone looking to purchase a used car should have to deal with. More

I purchased a CX-9 from Ash C. The sales experience was great! I was in an out with the price I was looking for with in 2 hours! I found a used Mazda3 online for a great price. The vehicle was being sold as advertised on the website as being certified pre-owned or CPO. When I talked to my salesman Mo Razavi about it, he said tha vehicle was being sold as advertised on the website as being certified pre-owned or CPO. When I talked to my salesman Mo Razavi about it, he said that he would honor the price on the internet but that there was a charge for the CPO. (After I signed the contract, I called the dealership several days later because I thought that the extra charge was bogus and that was confirmed when I spoke with John. He told me that they do NOT charge for the CPO and that it is included in the advertised price) During the initial transaction, I was also told that I HAD to purchase the OPTIONAL window etching for $299 despite the fact that I Explicitly stated that I did not want it. Mo told me that I could not buy the car if I didn't buy that service. I come to find out that the contract for the window etching states that the purchase of a vehicle theft security system is not required to purchase the vehicle or to obtain financing. Mo Razavi lied to me TWICE! I talked to Tom their GM and he refused to refund me the money that the dealership stole from me. More
