Overall the experience was good, however finance department took forever. I applaud the staff there for having to deal with my 2 small children for 3-4 hours. WOW not happy. However I explained the situation to Mark and he had a check cut for the price of the the replacement battery. MY wife loves the Truck and is very pleased with it....I would come back again and refer others. More

Manny was very helpful and great to work with. We purchased a brand-new 2011 CX-9. We were happy with the price and the dealer offered us a 0% financing deal. So far, the car has been wonderful.
