In my experience with Wayne Mazda, I found their employees to be very friendly, pleasing, and knowledgeable of their product. Eugen Hocman's hospitality and professionalism was unmatched, and ultima employees to be very friendly, pleasing, and knowledgeable of their product. Eugen Hocman's hospitality and professionalism was unmatched, and ultimately the deciding factor when closing on a deal. He took the time to present all options to me and made sure that his offers were within my range. Being on a tight budget, price was very important to me without sacrificing style and comfort in a vehicle. Eugen was confident that he was going to be able to make me happy, which he did with flying colors. He persistently collaborated with his superiors, to find my vehicle in the color I wanted before the days end, in order for me to lock in a great price. The fact that they sent a flat-bed to Conneticut to pick up my car, just shows how dedicated they are at Wayne Mazda to pleasing a customer. I would definately reccommend shopping at Wayne Mazda and specifically like to refer Eugen Hocman, a salsemen representative at that location, for any sales, leases, or inquiries. He is a professional, helpful and extremely honest salesman. More

However, we didn't wait long and had an a pleasant buyer's experience. Eugen Hockman had inroduced himself; he was very nice and listen to us as customers not as another sale. We Had test drove a brand new 2010 mazda cx7 ( no one drove it before) It was nice to be the first to drive. To sum it up got back from test drive and talked with Eugen and we than made a deal. That evening we came home with a 2010 mazda cx7. We are very happy with our purchase and felt very confident on this purchase of a car. We would recommend Wayne Mazada and Eugen Hocman to family and friends that are looking to purchase/lease a mazda. Thanks again for a pleasant and stressless purchased..... Monica & Robert Tuder More
Went to dealer knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted Went to dealer knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted (Mazda 3i sport) and exactly what I was willing to pay! I dealt with Robert Rago. I told Robe Went to dealer knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted (Mazda 3i sport) and exactly what I was willing to pay! I dealt with Robert Rago. I told Robert the EXACT "Out The Door" Price I was willing to pay! Naturally , he had to go back to his boss to submit my offer, and came back with a "Deal" higher than I told him I was willing to go. I expected this, as I'm sure it's their job to get as much as possible for the vehicle. So I told him, "Sorry, no thanks, good bye" and started to get up and leave. He told me to hold on, and went back to get his manager, who then realized that I was serious. They then shook my hand and agreed to give me the vehicle at the price I told them I was willing to pay! They were otherwise courtious, and the rest of the transaction went smoothly and my vehicle was ready and waiting when promised. Also, on the day I picked up the vehicle I was a little "out of sorts" as I had just come from a funeral for a CLOSE family member. Robert sensed my "Pain" (my eyes were still red and watery) and he helped to get me out of there as soon as possible! Thanks Rob! More
I had gone into wayne mazda after a friend had referred me. She had mentioned that a mazda would be a great fit for me and that she knew john, to go in and ask for him. When i walked in the showroom was quite busy but i was greeted right away. i asked for john and right away he walked me around and showed me a few options. i told him i was looking for something new, what i had to put down and what i wanted my monthly payments to be. after i found the mazda 3, i knew this was the car for me. we went for a quick test drive and everything felt great, in a few hours i was on route home in my new car! i was so excited. john was able to get me a graet deal, he was very informative and friendly. the finance manager, whom i believe was named sal or scott, got me set up quickly and on my way. overall i had a great experience with this purchase and trip to mazda. thanks again for helping me make this a reality! I was looking to trade in my car to get a newer one. The store was busy and a sales rep came up to me and I showed him the pic I printed from online regarding a 2008 mazda cx-7. He said he didn't know if t store was busy and a sales rep came up to me and I showed him the pic I printed from online regarding a 2008 mazda cx-7. He said he didn't know if the car was still there and that he didn't normally deal with used cars, only new cars. What car salesman only deals with new cars when you have both old and new on the lot?? Then he said he was helping someone already and would help me when he was done. Why couldn't he give me someone else that did know about used cars? He finally came back and didn't know how to look up a car stock number and walked around the lot aimlessly for the car I printed out. It was like the cars were all new to him. I found a different one I liked and was there for 3 hours trying to get information about the numbers and how much it would cost me. He was arrogant ans seemed like he didn't want to do the work to get the sale. I asked for a manager who came over and described the numbers and was much more nicer and knowledgeable. My mom and I had to get nasty to get an ending result. The sales rep kept pushing us to walk out with the car today. We didn't get out of there until after 10pm! I hate being pressured, I hate being pushed and waiting around for something so simple. It took way too long to get any answers. And we got nowhere until the last 15 minutes we were there. We went back 2 days later and the sales rep was much nicer and seemed like someone had a talk with him since everyone knew how pissed we were. I wound up getting a brand new car, but still feel like I'm paying too much for it. If it wasn't for the manager I would not have bought a car from there. I would recommend the dealership, but not the sales rep. More
I just purchased a Mazda 6 Touring Plus from Wayne Mazda and Rob Rago who had to be the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. Friendly, courteous and to the point. He made sure I got the car I wanted. B and Rob Rago who had to be the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. Friendly, courteous and to the point. He made sure I got the car I wanted. Bernadette in finance was great as well, along with Rob's associate who was nice enough to show me how everything worked in the car when I picked it up. I have already recommended a friend to purchase a car there for her son. I would definitely go back and will be very happy to recommend Wayne Mazda to others. More
My overall experience at the Mazda of Wayne has been very unpleasant. I first walked into the dealership after finding a good quote for a new Mazda3, on their website. Touted as "The Largest Mazda Dealership unpleasant. I first walked into the dealership after finding a good quote for a new Mazda3, on their website. Touted as "The Largest Mazda Dealership In The World", I eagerly drove there, hoping that i will be treated to excellent customer service. Instead, the men there are nonchalant and only care about closing a deal. They do not try to showcase the features of the car, and when I express interest in anything, they shuffle me around from one salesperson to another. Fortunately, I have already researched the features of my Mazda3, so I quickly try to negotiate for a deal, much to their liking. We sign some preliminary paperwork and they assure me that the car will be ready within three days, and that I will be able to sign off my car at that time. Two weeks later, I get a call from them saying my car is ready. I walk into the dealership to sign the contract, but all they tout are their "extended warranties." Two hours of persuading later, I walk out to see my Mazda3. We drove off, thinking that this would be the last of Wayne. The next day, we discovered that there's a gash in the leather seat, and the front passenger side window does not function. We take it back to the dealership, and they apologize profusely, saying the problems would be fixed within a few a days. A week later, they call me back in, and we test the car. The gash is gone, but the front passenger side window still does not function! They again, apologize profusely, and say the car will be fixed in four days. Wayne of Mazda is perhaps the worst dealership experience possible. There cannot be a dealership more incapable of good service, more inclined to bad quality, and more ignorant of consumer desires. If you want good customer service for a good quality vehicle, do not come here; this place is horrible and i will never recommend this dealership. More
My Mom and I purchased our first Mazda on 6/5/10. From the time we walked into the dealership to the time we left, the service was top notch. Mr. Arthur David was an excellent salesman. It was a very Ho the time we walked into the dealership to the time we left, the service was top notch. Mr. Arthur David was an excellent salesman. It was a very Hot day and he had to do a lot of walking to find the cherry black car we finally agreed on. He remained cool around the collar and was very patient and friendly clear up to the completing of the paperwork. He was very knowledgable and had a good sense of humor. I will definitely refer people to Wayne Mazda in the future. Keep up the good work! More
I dealt with Robert Rago when purchasing a new Mazda 3 for my wife. Rob was helpful along the way but more important he seems like a no-nonsense kind of guy and that's the kind of deal I got working with for my wife. Rob was helpful along the way but more important he seems like a no-nonsense kind of guy and that's the kind of deal I got working with him. We quickly agreed on price and he didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for. I would recommend Wayne Mazda and Rob. I would also like to add a comment about the negative reviews below about financing through Wayne Mazda and their service. I was approved before I left the dealer and would have left right then with the new car if they didn't have to order a special color. But still, I went in Friday and by Monday I had car with my color choice. More
