Great service and a good deal! I was expecting the process to take time and be much more complicated (I was trading in my old Hyundai at the same time), but Rob and his colleagues went out of their wa process to take time and be much more complicated (I was trading in my old Hyundai at the same time), but Rob and his colleagues went out of their way to make it all pleasant and easy. Had an issue w/turning in old lease for new lease. Had 2 payments left on lease & dealership told me they did not know there were 2 payments left. I now have to pay for two cars, new one and the one I turne payments left on lease & dealership told me they did not know there were 2 payments left. I now have to pay for two cars, new one and the one I turned into Wayne Mazda. Had to contact dealership twice about this issue. Only received phone call back after second attempt to speak with someone about this issue. Manager John returned my phone call but was very condescending and told me there is nothing he can do. As a returning customer (on my third Mazda from Wayne Mazda) I am not happy the way this whole transaction was handled. I will NEVER buy another car at this dealership again! More

Ash was friendly and accomodating. He allowed me the time to make a decision about my new car and explained all the features. Pasqual and Ash worked hard to find me the financing that I requested.
