I had been to about 6 different dealerships trying to purchase a car and wanted to kick every sales person I met square in the face. Every place I went no one listened to me, they just did their pitch, purchase a car and wanted to kick every sales person I met square in the face. Every place I went no one listened to me, they just did their pitch, and I literally left crying from one of the places because of the mere frustrations that comes along with purchasing a new car but more so because NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO ME. Then I stopped into Mazda and met my sales person Rob Rago. He sat down with me, I told him my frustrations and what I was looking for in a car and as far as pricing goes. He literally didn't say a word, listened to everything I had to say, and then said "let me see what I can do." We talked about my figures and if it were possible and a week later I am now driving in my 2010 new Mazda 6. He was friendly, accommodating, and extremely diligent. He saved all of the "BS" and just got to the point, which is what I was looking for all along. He is a really sweet man who is upfront and isn't trying to "Make a sale." I would absolutely recommend Wayne Mazda due to the comfortable atmosphere, and specifically Rob due to his upfront, and kind nature. I first went to the dealership to look at the mazdaspeed3 and dealt with a salesperson named Arthur. He was not helpful, provided terrible customer service and was overall a total disappointment. He was very nice, helpful and not pushy yet at the same time was able to convince me to come back in to the dealership and purchase the car, after he was able to offer me what I found fair for my trade in.
