I always have such a positive experience at Wayne Mazda because of Steve Zagoric. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and always willing to take the time to help and answer questions. What I appreciate most is how kind and personable he is. He always makes me laugh and brings such a warm energy that makes the experience enjoyable instead of stressful. You can tell Steve truly cares about people and wants them to leave happy. He goes the extra mile and treats customers with real respect and kindness, which is why my family continues to come back to him year after year. This is my second car I leased (and third car my family had leased or purchased) through Wayne Mazda. I enjoyed working with my salesman. (Nick Bacchus) and Naz from F&I. Extremely disappointing experience with Mazda Financial Services. After leasing a CX-90, my daughter had an accident and the car was totaled. Insurance paid the value, but due to delays outside my contr Services. After leasing a CX-90, my daughter had an accident and the car was totaled. Insurance paid the value, but due to delays outside my control, I asked for a short extension. Instead, I was threatened with collections. No empathy, no professionalism—only rude and dismissive behavior despite multiple calls. As a community leader, I do not recommend this dealership or Mazda Financial to anyone. And I will never set foot near this place again. More
