This was a great experience, Mo was honest and fair, the process was relatively quick and the financing was great. I know that with these websites you will see tons of good things and bad things with dealerships. I have gone to many dealerships and purchased many cars and a few leases in my day. Wayne Mazda touts about a special lease to own program for people tryign to start off with good credit or even establish credit. This program never existed. I called and filed charges with the BBB and according to them, this is "old hat" for dealerships including Wayne Mazda. The service department is not much better. I was driving the vehicle to work one day, nothing new, and the bumper fell off. I know, it's rather funny. I brought it to them and showed the service manager the bumper. he apparently is the master mechanic as well. He said the bumper was not from this vehicle and asked where i got the car from. I got it from Wayne Mazda, the question is where did you get it from? haha I know this might not be their fault but the car also had major issues, and it was brand new. They were horrible at gettign appointments and did not want to take accountability for the vehicle. The corporate sde of Wayne is terrible as well and they take no action in helping customers, the people who drive and support the company. Bottom line, please use caution when going to dealerships. this by far is the worst dealership I have ever been to and will never go here again. If you guys need more information please feel free to reach out to me. Noone at my company, family, or friends will ever use this dealership again! More

Everyone at the dealership was very helpfull and went the extra step to address my concerns,expectations and arriving to a lease payment I could afford for the car I wanted.
