The best salesman but the worst sales manager ever, I leased three vehicles from Wayne Mazda within one week for me and my family, , the temporary plates expired and they wouldn’t issue another one, afte leased three vehicles from Wayne Mazda within one week for me and my family, , the temporary plates expired and they wouldn’t issue another one, after 12 days of having two vehicles parked in my driveway and not being able to use them, the dealer called me and said the plates are ready to pick up. When I went to pick up the plates I complained about not being able to use two vehicles and I have been paying for parked vehicles the sales manager Ed habasi was so rude and very unprofessional telling me why I didn’t drive the vehicle, when I told him the temporary registration and plates are expired and it’s illegal to drive with expired registration and plates he kept arguing that I should have the state pay for the time my cars were parked, I don’t know how Wayne Mazda hired this guy, anyone wants to buy or lease a car from Wayne Mazda should really think twice, if Wayne Mazda hires this kind of people! No one should buy anything from this dealership, I have filed a complaint with headquarters of Mazda to see how this issue will be resolved, Ed Habasi is the worst sales manager ever More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve Zagoric at Wayne Mazda. Steve is truly my favorite person to work with when it comes to buying a car. If it were not for him, I honestly do not know if I wou at Wayne Mazda. Steve is truly my favorite person to work with when it comes to buying a car. If it were not for him, I honestly do not know if I would have been able to get into a vehicle. Steve went above and beyond for me and my family. He helped me get my Mazda, and he also helped my mom get hers. He took what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience and made everything feel smooth, easy, and manageable. He listened to what we needed, worked hard to find a way to make everything come together, and never made us feel pressured. What makes Steve different is that he genuinely cares about the people he helps. You never feel like you are just another sale. He treats you like family, explains everything, stays patient, and does everything he can to help. I am beyond grateful to Steve and Wayne Mazda. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking for a Mazda. If you want someone who is kind, trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable, and truly willing to go the extra mile for you, ask for Steve Zagoric.
