My previous comments regarding Wayne Mazda and Steve Zagoric remain sincere. After more than 17 years as a customer, my family and I have continued returning because of the professionalism, kindness, and dedication we have experienced throughout the years. Steve has always represented the type of customer service that created our loyalty and trust with Wayne Mazda. Unfortunately, after taking delivery of my new 2026 Mazda CX-30 Preferred AWD, my experience became challenging. Within only a few days and very low mileage, I experienced concerns that resulted in the vehicle requiring a repair. While I understand that unexpected mechanical issues can happen and appreciate that the repair was completed, the situation affected the confidence and excitement that comes with leasing a brand-new vehicle. My concern was never only about a part being replaced; it was about the overall customer experience, communication, and reassurance during a situation that was unexpected for a new vehicle. I want to recognize that after reaching out directly to the General Manager, he personally took the time to listen to my concerns and acknowledged that my experience was not reflective of the customer service standards he expects for his dealership. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to hear my feedback. I also appreciate Mazda Customer Experience for documenting my concerns and assisting with the next steps to ensure everything is properly reviewed. My hope is that this feedback is received constructively. After many years as a loyal customer, I believe the true measure of a dealership is not only the purchase experience, but also how customers feel supported when unexpected situations occur. More

Extremely disappointing experience with Mazda Financial Services. After leasing a CX-90, my daughter had an accident and the car was totaled. No empathy, no professionalism—only rude and dismissive behavior despite multiple calls. As a community leader, I do not recommend this dealership or Mazda Financial to anyone.
