I found a used Mazda3 online for a great price. The vehicle was being sold as advertised on the website as being certified pre-owned or CPO. When I talked to my salesman Mo Razavi about it, he said tha vehicle was being sold as advertised on the website as being certified pre-owned or CPO. When I talked to my salesman Mo Razavi about it, he said that he would honor the price on the internet but that there was a charge for the CPO. (After I signed the contract, I called the dealership several days later because I thought that the extra charge was bogus and that was confirmed when I spoke with John. He told me that they do NOT charge for the CPO and that it is included in the advertised price) During the initial transaction, I was also told that I HAD to purchase the OPTIONAL window etching for $299 despite the fact that I Explicitly stated that I did not want it. Mo told me that I could not buy the car if I didn't buy that service. I come to find out that the contract for the window etching states that the purchase of a vehicle theft security system is not required to purchase the vehicle or to obtain financing. Mo Razavi lied to me TWICE! I talked to Tom their GM and he refused to refund me the money that the dealership stole from me. More

I never in my life could have imagined I could have as wonderful of an experience as I did last night leasing a new car from Mazda. The fact that I got a great deal..and I mean a really good deal...is slightly overshadowed by the exemplary treatment I received and the respect I was shown. Which, as any woman can tell you, is rare when it comes to buying a car. I understand sales people do a whole lot of kissing a$$ to get your business. However, I'm talking about how I was treated as well after the deal was made and the papers were signed. The price was agreed upon over two phone calls. I expected some resistance when I showed up, but nope! Same deal. No arguing, no trying to get me into something else, no guilt trips telling me how much money they lost on the deal. Nothing, but kindness and funny stories. If you are in the market for a car...Mo is your man. TRUST me on that! He was outstanding! More
This was my 2nd vehicle from the dealer in less than 4 years. I not only came back for another Mazda but I was so pleased that the same salesman was still working there. His knowledge of the vehicles and his professionalism far exceeded any level I have ever found from any other dealership. I know that these vehicles are easy to purchase elsewhere but not at the price point I got for each. In addition, the salesman helped me with the finance paperwork, presented both new and slightly used vehicles, and showed me all of the options when we ultimately completed our transaction. There is no other place to get a Mazda in north jersey. More
I am a repeat customer of Wayne Mazda. I came back because I didn't have any problems with them the first time, this time I ran into some problems. Some of these problems were not at the fault of the because I didn't have any problems with them the first time, this time I ran into some problems. Some of these problems were not at the fault of the dealership and can happen anywhere, but it was still a frustrating ordeal. Roy Byers was NOT my salesman BUT HAS BEEN THE MOST HELPFUL SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE! I explained everything that had happened and Roy has fixed just about everything so far (the last two things are in the process of being rectified). Roy Byers has gone above and beyond to help me with everything that I needed to have sorted out. He technically did not have to get involved in this situation because this was not his sale. In my book this makes him an asset not only to Wayne Mazda, but to the Mazda corporation as a whole. They should consider themselves lucky to have him at their dealership. Roy is a life saver! Thank you Roy! Angelica in the service department is a genuine asset to Wayne Mazda. She is incredibly friendly, informative, and has a true concern for her customers. I explained my current situation with my recently purchased Mazda 3 and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything on the service end went as smoothly as possible and it did. Angelica took the time to really listen to me about my concerns, this doesn't normally happen at most dealerships. She is the reason why I will bring my Mazda 3 there to be serviced. More
I recently purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 from this dealership. I chose Wayne Mazda because I had purchased a Mazda 6 from them before and basically had no issues. I was not so lucky this time. I went in to purchase a vehicle from Roy Byers, but unfortunately he had left for the day by the time I got there. I had the unfortunate "pleasure" of dealing with Mr. Mark Harding. The only reason why this man got commission from me was due to my horrible insurance company telling me that I could only have a rental car for 5 days after they declared my car totaled. If I needed the rental for longer I would have to pay out of pocket and I couldn't afford to do that at the time. Mark is slick. He is seemingly nice at the beginning, but in the end he is just grimy and a liar. I explained my entire situation to Mark and he said he understood and would do everything he could to help me out; and since I was a repeat customer he would make sure I was taken care of. I was taken care of, with his version of Chinese water torture! I'm just going to bullet point the hell that he has put me through: - Lied to his manager about how long it would take for my $1,000 check from my GAP Plus insurance to come in. I told him it would be a couple of weeks about 3 or 4 times and he told his manager it would be 1 to 2. This lie caused me to reprocess my financing papers as if I had no down payment which results in me paying more per month. - Told me that there was a spare key. After asking about the key all week, he finally gets back to me and tells me there is no key. - Left me a voice mail 5 days after my initial purchase of the car to tell me to double check the VIN # on the car because Motor Vehicle is telling them that the VIN # on the original title is incorrect. THEY MESSED UP THE VIN # ON ALL OF MY PAPERWORK! NOW my temporary insurance card for the car is ALSO INCORRECT! AND MARK DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKE. Mark Harding is grimy and the reason why consumers stereotype car salesmen as sleazy. He has zero customer service and only cares about his commission. He is unprofessional, speaking ill about other dealerships and previous & potential customers. I normally would never air something like that out, but when you put any consumer through what he has put me through, it's only right on my end to let others know not to deal with him. I do still recommend Wayne Mazda because of two employees that actually care about their customers, ROY BYERS in sales & ANGELICA in the service department. Roy is fixing the hell that Mark has created for me. ROY SHOULD BE GETTING MARK'S COMMISSION FOR THE SALE OF MY CAR! Angelica in service is by far one of the most pleasant representatives that Mazda has! If Wayne Mazda ever loses either of these two employees I will never go there again. IF YOU GO TO WAYNE MAZDA ONLY GO TO SEE ROY BYERS IN SALES AND ANGELICA IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Wayne Mazda has a great selection of cars but they should NEEDS to be more selective about who they hire to represent not only their dealership, but the Mazda brand in general. More

I had previously been to several dealerships and walked out of each of them feeling frustrated, insulted and thinking there is no way I'm giving a sale to these people. I was dreading going inside Wayne Mazda because its such a huge dealership (and I mean huge) and it was almost closing time on a Friday night. But Jason was great. He actually listen to what I was looking for, my needs and my reasons for shopping there. He knew the car inside and out, and explained every last detail of features. Sales mgr John was great as well. I told them I would come back the following day (again, no sales pressure)...and I did. I actually cancelled my appointments with other dealers to go back to Wayne Mazda because of these two men. On Saturday they were slamming with business. It took us a while to finalize everything because of the amount of people going through the managers and finance dept (that is no fault of the staff though). I was there for around 4 hours so I took in a lot while I was there...and I'm glad I ended up with Jason. He kept me entertained. In short, Wayne Mazda got my business because of Jason not pressuring me or making me feel uncomfortable. I even gave him a hug after the deal (to his shock), I was that happy and that is definitely not like me! So go TEAM JASON. You cant wrong with this guy. More
From the minute we walked in the door everyone was friendly. Even when I said I was just looking they offered me coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The finance department was quick, polite and professional. After I bought the car someone came for a ride with me to make sure I was comfortable with all of the car's features. I had shopped around at many dealers and none came close to Wayne Mazda! More
