Overall the experience was good, however finance department took forever. I applaud the staff there for having to deal with my 2 small children for 3-4 hours. Mark did a nice job working with me on the price point and ensuring that I did get the second keyless entry remote ( not sure what happened to the second key but I got the remote) 2 days after we bought the car the battery died.... WOW not happy. However I explained the situation to Mark and he had a check cut for the price of the the replacement battery. MY wife loves the Truck and is very pleased with it....I would come back again and refer others. More

Manny was very helpful and great to work with. We purchased a brand-new 2011 CX-9. We were happy with the price and the dealer offered us a 0% financing deal. So far, the car has been wonderful. Man purchased a brand-new 2011 CX-9. We were happy with the price and the dealer offered us a 0% financing deal. So far, the car has been wonderful. Manny also followed up with the title and registration and sent us the license plates by FedEx so we would not have to make it next to trip to the dealer. As a young and very nervous first time buyer of a new car I was extremely lucky to have worked with Yuri. I had previously bought a used car from this dealership with great results and I wasn't quite sure if I was extremely lucky to have worked with Yuri. I had previously bought a used car from this dealership with great results and I wasn't quite sure if I was ready for an upgrade. just got a new mazda 3 and i have to say im inpressed its a fun little car whit tons of extras. i was inpressed by how many cars they have couldnt believe this is the largest mazda dealer in the world just s a fun little car whit tons of extras. i was inpressed by how many cars they have couldnt believe this is the largest mazda dealer in the world just steps away from my house.well the service was good elvis knew alot about my mazda the whole store is a cool place just to go look at cars the have alot of veriaty its close to clifton so if you live in the area and are looking for a great deal your know where to go but it does take like hours to get out of this place and there are alot of choices but in the end i would recomend these guys they beat the price and earned my business so if u want a mazda you know where to go More

My husband and I wanted to get a Mazda 3. We were car shopping and had a horrible experience with another dealership so when we went to Wayne Mazda, we were hoping for better customer service. We did not get the run around when we arrived at Wayne Mazda. Mark was very helpful when we explained what our budget was and which car we definitely wanted. He was not pushy and was willing to meet our requirements. When we had questions about the car we had purchased, Mark went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership. They have a huge selection and Mark was very easy going and helpful with the whole process. He worked for us as the consumer and made sure we were happy and in the end, we were glad we ended up going to this dealership for the car. More

Wayne Mazda which I thought is a very good dealership are the same as others cheating people. When I bought my used car from them, there were no accidents on the carfax report that they showed me and now the the same as others cheating people. When I bought my used car from them, there were no accidents on the carfax report that they showed me and now there is one there before I bought the car. so basically they sold me a car which had accidents on it showing me a report that does not state any. I negotiated with them based on the fact that the car is clean.Would never recomend them to anyone.. More
