Since we were there mid day we had our 16 month old daughter with us and I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of guys! They played with her, let her try out the showroom cars, delt with her making a mess, and Rob even let her "organize" his desks office supplys! The process of trading in and buying another car was flawless, without an ounce of pressure! Even with our less then perfect credit they worked with us until we felt comfortable to make a deal! I would highly reccomend Wayne Mazda and be sure to ask for Manny, you won't be disappointed!! More

This was the worst dealership ever! I bought a precertified 2007 cx7 1 year later the turbo blew. They wanted nothing to do with it 3 weeks at thier service and I had to rent a car. Finally told me the turbo was gone not under warrenty even know I bought extra warrenty for the turbo. I picked up the car drove it to Honda 23 in less than 10 mins down the road and traded it in I lost a tun of money but I'm not driving that piece of **** anymore. IF YOU WANT PIECE OF MIND DON'T BUY AT MAZDA 23 THEY ARE SCUM!! Now I'm trying to get the money left of the warrenty back wish me luck. Patty More

We have been very impressed by the quality of the people at Wayne Mazda, in particular, our salesperson, Mark Harding. Mark is a no-pressure salesperson. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, and we enjoyed working with him. In fact, this is our 2nd time leasing a Mazda, and we went back to find Mark! The others at Wayne Mazda were also very pleasant, customer service oriented, and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. More
This is my second used car purchase from this dealer from the same saleman. Go see Mark Harding in sales as he is a stand up guy (I know hard to believe for a saleman)but he does not drag the process of buyi the same saleman. They followed through on all promises made to me and are great at following up and communicating. Just make sure you look over everything on your vehicle before purchase and advise the saleman in advance if you are looking to have something replaced before purchase. Prices are reasonable without having your eyes gauged out for a profit. They have a great selection and I will certainly buy another vehicle from them. More

Chris in financial gets a score of 5 across the board. He was friendly, informative and helpful. I thought the same of Steve at first as he was very friendly and helpful. However, I felt it was a bit much that it took over 7 hrs to complete this sale. I think a major part of the delay was that Steve had other customers he was dealing with at the same time. Each time we tried to reach an agreement on the sale, Steve would need to check with his manager, and I would wait at least a half hour at times, and he was dealing with other customers. The most disappointing moment was after spending so much time at the dealership, reaching an agreement and finally getting ready to drive away in my new car, Steve did not orient me to any aspect of the vehicle. When I asked him what a certain button was for, he said, "It's self explanatory". I have purchased other vehicles at other dealerships and have always received some instruction on the vehicle. In particular, it was dark when I left and raining. On the way home the windows were fogging terribly with the AC on. It would have been helpful to have some instruction before departing, it's actually expected and part of good customer service. I definitely sensed that Steve was in a hurry to get back to his other customers. More
