This is the second time I am leasing a car from Wayne Mazda, I won't go anywhere else. Every employee from the receptionist to sales to the parts department have been more than welcoming and helpful. The salesman was great, but the sales manger was a jerk. He almost called me an A$$h0l* to my face. He caught himself as it was coming out of his mouth. I was holding my ground on the price I wanted to pay and he didn't like it. I NEVER spent 10 hours total to buy a car. All said and done at 7 pm and made to sit till 9pm to sign the papers and then told we can't do the paper work till the next day and can't put gas in the car till the next day. After call the sales manger the next day and was told we are good to go. We get to the store and the car is still not gassed and the paper work is not ready. Three more hours of waiting. If I didn't have to deal with starting over and trying to get my deposit back I would have walked out. The only decent person was the salesmen Julian Santiago, and we were told he was let go that day and we would have to deal with someone else. I just hope this car does not need any warranty work.Keep in mind that when you buy a car the sales department treats you the best, so I am afraid what would happen if I have to deal with service. I don't ever want to go back to this dealer. I will admit the other salesmen that took over was very good. More
Wayne Mazda had two 2006 used Maitas on the lot. There was a gray one with approx. 60,000 miles and a blue one with approx. 30,000 miles. The gray one was priced at $15,000 and the blue one was priced at was a gray one with approx. 60,000 miles and a blue one with approx. 30,000 miles. The gray one was priced at $15,000 and the blue one was priced at $17,000. I requested a quote on the blue one and offered $15,000. They instead send me pricing for the gray one at $15,000. I called them up and let them know that it’s not the gray one I am interested in, but the blue one. They e-mailed me a quote of $15,595 on the blue one. I called up and said I will buy the car for $15,000. He said it was a deal, and I had him e-mail me the quote in writing. I confirmed that it was for the blue car and checked to stock numbers to make sure they matched. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership, confirmed the price with the salesman and then took it for a test drive after thoroughly inspecting it. When I got back at the dealership to work up the papers I asked if they could fix a large scratch on the bumper or take another $100 off. At this point the salesman, who was very nice, went to the manager to talk things over. The salesman came back and said there must be a mistake, this must be the price is for the gray one. I showed him my e-mail, confirmed the stock numbers with him, and then printed it out. He brought it to his manager who came over to me and said that it was a mistake, but they can sell it for $15,995. He said they are losing money even at that price. I then left, angry and disappointed. Moral of the story… Wayne Mazda is your typical sleazy car dealership when it comes to working the final numbers; its only redeeming quality was the great salesman. Yet car dealers wonder why they get such a bad rap? More
I went to Mazda looking for a 2011 CX-7 in my price range. My sales consultant, Julian Santiago, showed me all the models I was interested in and really took the time in helping me figure out a price r range. My sales consultant, Julian Santiago, showed me all the models I was interested in and really took the time in helping me figure out a price range that suited me. This being my first time buying a new car, I have to say that it was a great experience, thanks to Julian! He genuinely cares about what you are looking for and doesn't pressure you into buying. He listened to what I wanted and I was easily able to find the perfect car for me. If you're going to Wayne Mazda, ask for this guy! Also, I had a little bump in the road with my insurance title. It wasn't going to be ready in time for me to take the car when I bought it (it was kicking in at midnight), so after talking with the insurance company the dealership worked with me and came up with a solution to give me temporary insurance so I could drive it home that day. This dealership promised on the phone that they could offer me a new car at the price of a 2008 used car because it was the end of the month and salesmen need to make their figures. The salesman, Geo offer me a new car at the price of a 2008 used car because it was the end of the month and salesmen need to make their figures. The salesman, George Nealis, knew exactly that he was sending us on a 2-hour car drive since he sent us an itinerary to get from our home to the dealership. And yet, he made this disgusting promise just to get us through the door. Of course when arriving there, everyone there played stupid, moved a lot of air to express surprise and said there was no way they could this. But of course they could sell me that same car at $5k more… I am sick to my stomach when I think of what it takes to be those people. Stay away, run, don't go there. More
I went to this dealer looking for a new 2011 Mazda 3. My sales guy, Julian, showed me all the different model options and I was able to test drive the car without any pressure to buy. I had no credit record, because I'm from Canada, and everybody at Wayne Mazda did the impossible to get me a loan. Mark Harding was great, and kept me inform of all the steps of the deal. I've just moved to the USA with my job and so needed to find a car. My company has a staff deal with Mazda which got me to check them out in the first place, but right from my first step into the dealershi find a car. My company has a staff deal with Mazda which got me to check them out in the first place, but right from my first step into the dealership they treated me great (much better than the other dealerships I also visited) and were extremely patient as I got to grips with how things worked in the US. They never did a 'hard sell" on me - instead they helped work out what my real needs were and then structured a deal that fit my needs. As a new immigrant my situation was not straightforward but they always worked to find a solution and I'm now the proud owner of a new CX9. Jason Spanarelli was my main contact day to day and he was excellent throughout, supported by Kevin Hayes who helped work out the best way to finance things given my lack of credit history in the US. I really can't recommend them highly enough (and I don't often say that!) ... and if they offered AWD on the Mazda 6 they'd have made 2 sales not one! More
